"Zunächst möchte ich mich ganz herzlich bei dem Vermieter der Wohnung, Akhnaten, bedanken. Er hat mich schon lange vor meiner Ankunft in Indien kontaktiert, mir alle notwendigen Informationen gegeben, meine Fragen beantwortet und alles dafür getan, dass ich mich wohlfühle. Auch während meines gesamten Aufenthalts war er für mich da und hat mir bei allen Fragen geholfen. Tausend Dank! Die Wohnung selbst ist hervorragend – sauber, hell, komfortabel und gemütlich. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet – mit Geschirr, Töpfen, Herd, Mikrowelle, Toaster und Wasserkocher. Außerdem gibt es einen Wasserfilter – ein sehr praktisches Extra. Die Schlafzimmer verfügen über Klimaanlagen und Ventilatoren. In den Badezimmern gibt es Warmwasserbereiter. Das Internet funktioniert einwandfrei und es gibt keine Ausfälle. Stromausfälle sind im Gebäude zwar häufiger, aber das sollte für Sie kein Problem darstellen, da die Wohnung über einen Generator verfügt. Selbst wenn das ganze Gebäude im Dunkeln liegt, sind Sie also nicht betroffen; alle Ihre Elektrogeräte funktionieren weiterhin. Die Wohnung hat eine hervorragende Beleuchtung! Nach vielen Reisen habe ich da einiges zu vergleichen; oft ist die Beleuchtung in Wohnungen oder Zimmern einfach nur mangelhaft. Hier gibt es dieses Problem aber nicht – überall sind unzählige Lampen und Leuchten, und alles lässt sich individuell einstellen. Mir hat es wirklich sehr gut gefallen! Auch der Fernseher ist super – ich konnte mich problemlos mit allen Diensten verbinden. Der Balkon ist herrlich, und es war wunderbar, dort morgens zu frühstücken. Ich könnte auch noch über die Wohnanlage selbst erzählen. Es ist ein sehr großes Gebäude mit vielen Annehmlichkeiten für die Bewohner. Es gibt einen großen Swimmingpool (einen weiteren auf dem Dach, der aber nur für Wohnungseigentümer zugänglich ist), ein Fitnessstudio und unzählige andere Freizeitmöglichkeiten – man kann Tischtennis oder Billard spielen, lesen, Brettspiele spielen oder einfach Meetings abhalten. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Dachterrasse – ein separater Bereich, wo man mit Blick auf die Bucht essen, grillen, Yoga machen, meditieren oder einfach tun kann, worauf man Lust hat. Ich habe die Zeit dort sehr genossen! Die Mitarbeiter dieser Anlage waren immer unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit und haben mir bei all meinen Fragen geholfen. Daher kann ich diese Apartments insgesamt sehr empfehlen. Ich muss aber unbedingt einen (möglicherweise einzigen) Nachteil erwähnen: die Insekten. Ständig versuchten kleine Krabbeltiere, an mein Essen oder meine Geräte zu gelangen – sie sind einfach da. Ich nehme an, das ist in warmen Klimazonen üblich, deshalb habe ich es nicht weiter beachtet."

"1) EXPERIENCE - We had booked T4-103 BEM VINDO @ Rio de Goa by tripvillas, but were given T11-802. We checked in around midnight and had no other option than to check in to whatever was given. The one we booked had nice interiors and interesting furniture. The one we got was quite bare and minimal. The caretaker was to check and come back next morning, but he did nothing. Their office also didnt call. Finally when i reached out, i was told that there is some issue with the washrooms of T4-103 and hence an alternative acco was given. The one given had a much lower price when we checked online. This was raised and they agreed to give a discount. However, they were unwilling to meet the price that i could see on the net. We had booked for a Fri to Mon. So we took the quote from Agoda for the next Fri-Mon and asked them to match the rate which they refused. - We went and checked T4-103 and found that there was no issue with the apartment and another guest was staying there. - We paid Rs 4333 per night (including 12% tax) whereas the online rate for Fri - to Mon next week was Rs 3718 (Rs 3320 + 12% tax) per night - Having failed to provide us the acco that we booked, the minimum that we should have been provided was to match the online rates, if not compensation for failing to provide the promised service OVERALL : We were completely taken for a ride - giving a lower facility with a price higher than what was available online 2) ABOUT T4-103 : We did not see this apartment which we booked, because we did not stay there (another guest was staying there) 3) ABOUT T11-802 : What is good : A functional and neat apartment with minimal interiors. Kitchen is fairly well equipped (toaster, kettle, microwave, induction stove, refrigerator, utensils). Living room has sofas and android TV. Dining table with 4 chairs is available. Both bedrooms have a cupboard each. Bathrooms are decent. What is missing : No cleaning, no clearance of waste, No washing machine, no iron ./ironing board, no towel rods / hooks in bathrooms, no mirror outside bathrooms, no facility for drying clothes, no tissue rolls, no refilling of liquid soap. Draping a saree can be a challenge with no full size mirror. 4) ABOUT THE COMPLEX : Apartment in in Tata Rio de Goa Housing complex. Standard apartment amenitites like pool and gym are available 5) ABOUT THE PROVIDER : Do not expect any service from the provider. Be prepared to fend for yourself. The caretaker appeared twice - one to give keys at checkin and then to take it back at checkout. The phone calls were hardly responded to. We asked for some minimal info like local taxi contact which they did not provide. 6) OVERALL IMPRESSION : You may not get what you have booked and may end up paying more than the online price for what you get. The apartment (T11-802) is overall okay, but you are on your own and do not expect to get any information / help from anyone"
