Everything was wonderful,

The location is superb, close to everything and walking distance to most all of the attraction, very recommended.

come to chicago for BTS concert, the hotel was marked renovated in 2018 and that’s why i booked. however that’s not the case, the hotel is aged, many places like carpet, sofa are stained, that you are not dared to sit on it. there is no amenity in the room. and the thing that upset you the most is about the “mandatory” US$15 destination fee - that they force you to pay and said that you can consume it at their outlets. i think it is a norm in chicago but in this modern world, is it make sense that we are still “forced” to buy something? while the only good thing about the hotel is its location, very easy access to most of the attraction, and CTA, also convenient to go and back from solider field. but with this price, desperately advise the hotel to make a better renovation, this is by far the least maintained marriott hotel that i stayed for so far.

Close to many attraction that can walk by foot. Very nice bearkfast at the hotel and great room !

Great location. We had a high floor connecting room so nice view but we were assigned a connecting room and there does not seem to be any sound proofing. We can hear every word said in the room next door and they were talking at 230am!

Service does not meet the price.

Great location! Near Michigan Avenue (great place to shop) and pristine nearby restaurants.

Wifi had some issue, without that everything was fine

Everything was perfect. Great view, checked me in early, comfy bed, great location, etc. Steve who works out front is especially lovely and helpful.
