An old traditional thai house with 7 rooms. Book only if you want the perfect place to stay in Chaing Mai. The rooms are spotless and the beds large and comfortable. The family who run it are friendly and helpful in every way. We booked the studio room which had a TV, a bathroom with a large shower and great water pressure. A couch and coffee table plus a small balcony, so a little extra space than the standard room. Breakfast is simple but complimentary, a choice of toast, eggs, yogurt, cereals, instant coffee, tea and juice. Have just toast or have all of it, we were set up for a days exploring. The location is in the old town so you walk out of your quiet alley and down the street are bars restaurants pharmacy's, **** shops and money exchanges. On Friday a market comes to the street in front of the house. As a final bonus if you need any more, it's within walking distance to several Wats including the oldest 8n Chaing Mai, Wat Chaing Man

Bon accueil super bien placé, au calme dans un joli quartier. Chambre propre, pas très grande. Très peu de prestation hôtelière c'est un peu comme chez soi. Petit déjeuner simple à préparer seul. Il manquait pour moi du vrai café, pas soluble et des fruits frais. La responsable était serviable et efficace. Bonne adresse. Bon rapport qualité prix
