Ich blieb für eine Nacht und in dem Zimmer, das ich dort bekam, gab es keinen Internetzugang über den Fernseher. Das Personal teilte uns mit, dass sie das normalerweise hätten, aber auf meiner Etage ist der Internetzugang noch nicht vollständig. Ich weiß also nicht, warum, da ich auch den Zimmerpreis voll bezahle. Warum muss ich das Zimmer nehmen, das ein technisches Problem hat?

Overall, the location of the hotel is strategic as opposite got Maya Shopping Mall and surrounding a lot of shops for beverage and others services. However, for those want peaceful mind on sleep, suggest getting the room that facing mountain side instead of the Roadside / shopping mall as at night is very happening.

Located in the New Town and nearer to modern malls and eateries. Clean, thoughtful details within the room, eg bidet, separate shower area from the bathtub. Breakfast is Thai and hearty, and the buffet changes. Service staff are welcoming and happy. A good place to return to, and a change everyday, after Old Town markets and sights.

Can't ask for more. Excellent location opposite to a large shopping mall with supermarket. Price very good, service with a smile, breakfast is so yummy. It's 50 mins on foot to the old city but getting a cab is so easy. Room very clean and spacious, facing mountains.

Location is good, there are lots of food places within a few 100m. Service average there is an online order of items but not complete list. It is restricted to max 2 units. We stay a 2 bedroom apartment, 4 pax, so we need to order a few times. House keeping, after they clean the place, took the hand and face towels each day, never replace it. Will have to call for housekeeping to deliver. The Car park attendance is very good, we request to park at ground level, everyday he will show us which lot to park. Extremely helpful. Facilities: toilet bowl and shower area need to be "unstuck" 2x. Overall is good, it will be better after they resolved all the above issues.

Location is super, close to MAYA shopping mall, and one ninmman where many shops and different cuisine. Room size is reasonable with a wide balcony. I can have far view to see part of the Chiang Mai City Service and breakfast are good. Front line staff is helpful and very polite. Towels don't look clean yet it should be clean. I didn't use it cos the non-white color scared me 😅 a bit. Socket are not designed to be user friendly 😅 Will consider come again next time if the price is reasonable. Enjoy my stay at Eastin.
