Ich blieb für eine Nacht und in dem Zimmer, das ich dort bekam, gab es keinen Internetzugang über den Fernseher. Das Personal teilte uns mit, dass sie das normalerweise hätten, aber auf meiner Etage ist der Internetzugang noch nicht vollständig. Ich weiß also nicht, warum, da ich auch den Zimmerpreis voll bezahle. Warum muss ich das Zimmer nehmen, das ein technisches Problem hat?

The location is absolutely fantastic as it is directly opposite of Maya in case need to have quick food and buy souvenirs at the supermarket. The birthday decoration with balloons and cake and all weee really sweet gestures. I think the customer service at the reception and massage were better than Ritz-Carlton Bangkok. The masseuse, Laura, was super! We heard airplanes and motorcycles rime to time but had earplugs to use so it was not a big problem. The windows were all dirty by the bathtub and basin mirror location is inconvenient and no space to put toiletries. All in all, still good place to stay!

This hotel is located close to 1nimman and Maya Shopping Center, so it was the best location. However, there was an incident where we had to change rooms because there were ants in the room, but they were handled quickly. I would like to praise Tiw and Ying, who were at the desk. They were very kind. I would also like to thank Tle, who kindly carried my luggage.

One of our frequent stay hotels in Chiang Mai. Great location in the heart of Nimman, though the traffic was quite a chaos on Friday and Saturday nights. Parking was a bit crowded but security guard was very helpful. The room was large and comfy. Breakfast was excellent but the food was more various during our previous stays. Very good service and staff were very friendly.

Overall, the location of the hotel is strategic as opposite got Maya Shopping Mall and surrounding a lot of shops for beverage and others services. However, for those want peaceful mind on sleep, suggest getting the room that facing mountain side instead of the Roadside / shopping mall as at night is very happening.

Great location , spacious room , lots of shopping and restaurants nearby.  The only only down side is airplane will fly over occasionally with heavy noise.

I booked this hotel for My husband for his business trip. The location is vibrant close to restaurants , bars, massage etc. Decent clean hotel for this price
