"I would not recommend this hotel. The hotel is located in the middle of busy roads, and the traffic noise was constant throughout the night. I paid extra to book what was supposed to be their best room, but I still could not get a good night's sleep because of the noise. There is no laundry service available, and while the food was okay and the staff were friendly and helpful, the management was very disappointing. This hotel was the host property for a PGA Tour Americas event, yet communication was extremely poor. Players were not informed that breakfast would start at 7:00 AM on the holiday instead of the usual 6:00 AM. Many players planned their schedules around the normal breakfast time and were negatively affected. In addition, there was no shuttle service provided despite it being part of the group package expectations. Overall, there was a serious lack of communication and organization from management. The staff did their best, but management failed to deliver a quality experience. I will not stay here again. No recomendaría este hotel. "Ich hatte ein Zimmer in einem oberen Zimmer gebucht und ich wurde in einem beigefügten Gebäude untergebracht, das überhaupt nicht dem oberen Gebäude entspricht. Das Badezimmer mit einem Glasdeck hatte morgens eine Temperatur von 15°C und die Nacht war kalt. Ich musste 5 Nächte im Voraus zahlen und ich habe das Hotel nach 2 Nächten verlassen. Bis heute habe ich die Erstattung der 3 Nächte, die ich nicht verwendet habe, nicht erhalten. Dieses Hotel ist überhaupt nicht empfohlen. Eine Stern ist sogar zu viel."
