"I had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel during a professional course near Bogotá. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. The staff was friendly, attentive, and genuinely focused on helping guests. What impressed me the most was their honesty and customer-oriented approach. I accidentally made a duplicate reservation through a booking platform after previously reserving directly with the hotel. Even though they were under no obligation to do so, the team kindly helped resolve the issue and refunded the duplicate reservation in full. That level of integrity and customer service is rare and deserves recognition. The facilities are modern, clean, and very well maintained. The rooms are comfortable, the food is excellent, and everything feels fresh and well cared for. Another major advantage is the location. It is strategically situated for business travelers, professionals attending courses, meetings, or corporate events, as well as anyone who needs easy access to the main roads around Bogotá and Chía. I truly appreciate the kindness and professionalism of the entire team. They turned what could have been a stressful situation into a seamless experience. "Ich hatte ein Zimmer in einem oberen Zimmer gebucht und ich wurde in einem beigefügten Gebäude untergebracht, das überhaupt nicht dem oberen Gebäude entspricht. Das Badezimmer mit einem Glasdeck hatte morgens eine Temperatur von 15°C und die Nacht war kalt. Ich musste 5 Nächte im Voraus zahlen und ich habe das Hotel nach 2 Nächten verlassen. Bis heute habe ich die Erstattung der 3 Nächte, die ich nicht verwendet habe, nicht erhalten. Dieses Hotel ist überhaupt nicht empfohlen. Eine Stern ist sogar zu viel."
