Alle Menschen, mit denen wir interagieren, Roselia, Ruben und Rosa, waren sehr nett. Das Hotel ist sehr ruhig. Sie können sehr gut ausruhen. Um den Zustand des Badezimmers zu verbessern. Die Waschmaschine und der Pflegeraum waren schlecht installiert, die Duschesaft war leer und die Wände waren verpasst. Es ist das erste Hotel in Chia, in dem die Verwendung des im Zimmer installierten Heizungsgeräts beschränkt. Die grünen Gebiete waren sehr vernachlässigt. Trotz all der oben genannten, ist das Hotel eine gute Wahl für eine oder zwei Nächte.

Hotel situato tra Bogotà e Cota nel cuore di una grande zona industriale e i fatti è indicato per chi si reca a Bogotà per lavoro e non per turismo perché a causa del traffico è molto impegnativo in termini di tempo raggiungere il centro. L'aspetto migliore dell'hotel è l'ospitalità e la gentilezza del personale. Sopratutto la signorina Erika Arce della reception. La colazione è varia e abbondante e le camere spaziose e pulite. L'hotel risulta un po rumoroso e per questo consiglio i piani alti. Io ero el secondo piano e ho chiesto di essere spostato al 5. In zona non c'è niente se non qualche piccolo negozietto e per muoversi è obbligatorio usare taxi che non sono sempre facili da conseguire.

Jedes Mal, wenn ich nach Bogota gehe, wähle ich immer das SONESTA Hotel. Wegen seiner Bequemlichkeit gibt es einen großen Supermarkt Exitro auf der anderen Straßenseite. Im dritten Stock des Supermarkts gibt es viele Restaurants. Es ist bequem zu essen und die öffentliche Sicherheit rund um das Hotel ist in Ordnung. Das Frühstück befindet sich im 3. Stock. Die Einrichtungen des Hotels sind immer noch sehr vollständig, denken Sie daran, die Zimmernummer mit der Endung 33-38 zu wählen, damit das Zimmer eine gute Aussicht hat und nicht blockiert wird! I have seen quite a lot over the past decades, but this must be the worst hotel I have stayed at and this is primarily due to its management. But first: a simple hotel in very good location, but with thin walls and in an increasingly deteriorating state. Staff is generally very helpful and nice. Breakfast offering very basic! Main problem: management wants to recover Covid losses by charging damages to guests without proof that they have been caused by them. In our case, the cover glass for the desk had a small piece missing at the edge and we were told that we had caused this and had to pay for it! Obviously, we did not check the room for such minor damages when checking in (at the end who treats a hotel room like a used car and checks for scratches in the whole room?). When my wife talked to the responsible manager by phone (who refused to talk to us in person), he mentioned directly that the hotel had to recover Covid losses as reason for why we were charged for this 'damage'. When my wife insisted that we were not responsible for the 'damage', he blackmailed us, saying that the staff would then have to cover the cost of a new glass. Certainly the most unpleasant experience I have ever had in any hotel in the world.

BH Usaquen reklamiert sich und bezahlt sich entsprechend als 4* Hotel, aber es ist nicht in der Nähe einer 4* Qualität. Wenn BH Usaquen sich als 2* oder sogar 3* Hotel angekündigt hätte, hätte ich es besser bewertet, aber dann hätte ich dieses Hotel nicht gebucht, wenn es als 2* oder 3* Hotel angekündigt worden wäre. Der Punkt hier ist, dass, wenn Sie sich in die großen Ligas setzen, dann müssen Sie entsprechend handeln. Die Hotelzimmer haben keine A/Cs. Ich meine ein 4* Hotel ohne A/Cs. Sie geben Ihnen einen schmutzigen Fan. Das Zimmer riecht nicht frisch. Es war ok, aber nichts so besonderes. Es war mittel sauber. Kein Wasser für die Gäste. Frühstück ist teuer. Zum Preis dieses Hotels, Gebühren, empfehle ich, dass die Menschen in andere nahe gelegene Hotels gehen. Ich würde nie wieder hier bleiben und empfehle es niemandem, der nach einer 4* Erfahrung sucht. Ich empfehle sehr, dass BH Usaquen Frühstück auf ihren Standardpreisen einschließt und eine kleine Flasche Wasser/Kaffee gibt oder zumindest etwas im Lobby haben, das den Gästen kein Gebühren zugewiesen wird.

Rooms are large and well appointed. The staff is courteous overall. The experience could have been better: 1. At arrival, the staff wanted us to wait to check in while they took care of the Íbera crew who had arrived after us. Customers should be served in the order they arrive. Very rude and unprofessional. 2. Breakfast was mediocre. They do not serve soy or almond milk, despite being readily available in Bogotá. We had to go buy a bottle and carry it to breakfast, which was inconvenient. The hotel should provide a milk alternative. There was also too few staff for breakfast and often we had to wait for coffee refill and fruit to be available since there was only one waitress to cover breakfast. She was nice but at least another person should be available. 3. We reserved a premium room with two beds and were given in haste, to get rid of us so they could take care of the Iberia crew, a room with one bed. When we came back to get this fixed, the receptionist gave us a horrible connecting room with no blackout curtains and super noisy, room 311. At this point, it was late and we were exhausted so we waited for next morning to get another room. They eventually, through much insistence our part, assigned us the room we had originally paid for. No excuse, no upgrade, nothing, just a blank stare from the manager, she could not care about the issue we brought up. 4. Location: This is a residential area, which makes it hard to get in and out by car due to the street configuration. The hotel is across a canal that stinks so walking along or opening a window, not an option. The furnishings and decorations are very nice and elegant and the views from the terrace are nice. The clientele is quiet and well behaved. The cleaning staff is fantastic, the room was impeccably cleaned every day.

This is the second time I stay at the hotel for a month's stay. The first time was in July 2023. The location of the hotel is excellent, the staff, from the reception level, chambermaids, dining room, guards, all always with a smile, courteous and providing warm service. The hotel gives a homey and warm feeling which is very important. The rooms are always pleasant and the food is plentiful. Thanks to the hotel staff who made our stay at the hotel for a whole month feel like home. There is no doubt that if we return to Bogotá you are our hotel! The hotel Andes Plaza is a really great hotel. The friendly customer service was excellent. All at reception were very friendly. Briteman gave that extra special attention and service. He constantly checked on me making sure everything was good. He helped set up my covid test. I also received friendly service in the hotel restaurant. Everyone was so friendly giving great service. The breakfast every morning was outstanding. This was my second time to stay in Hotel Andea Plaza and plan to return there again someday soon. I highly recommend Hotel Andes Plaza. The hotel is safe hotel and at a great location.
