Alle Menschen, mit denen wir interagieren, Roselia, Ruben und Rosa, waren sehr nett. Das Hotel ist sehr ruhig. Sie können sehr gut ausruhen. Um den Zustand des Badezimmers zu verbessern. Die Waschmaschine und der Pflegeraum waren schlecht installiert, die Duschesaft war leer und die Wände waren verpasst. Es ist das erste Hotel in Chia, in dem die Verwendung des im Zimmer installierten Heizungsgeräts beschränkt. Die grünen Gebiete waren sehr vernachlässigt. Trotz all der oben genannten, ist das Hotel eine gute Wahl für eine oder zwei Nächte.

This company promises cleaning services once per week. However, the managers at this site are not intersted at all in making this promise come to pass. I spoke with the dierctor, but she lied and did not want to solve the situation. I asked for customer service information and her response was that she will not renew my contract. She also lied about the services and schedule; it was very disapointing to speak with a manager with such attitudes so I decided just to leave. I tried contacting customer service but that same dierctor is the one that replies to emails. There are many great places in Chia for 1/2 the price. I found one that even has finger print tec for 1/2 price at a great location. While the building is nice, the management team lacks customer service knowledge, and basic human ethics. The reception staff is wonderful though.

Reservamos dos habitaciones desde Booking.com. La TV no servía en una de las habitaciones. En el momento del check-in nos habían dado un código QR para comunicarnos con la recepción. El código QR tampoco sirvió, así que tuve que bajar a la recepción, dónde solo había una persona atendiendo y estaba ocupada con el check-in de otros huéspedes, así que me hicieron esperar para al menos escucharme. Por fin alguien solucionó el problema. En la misma recepción pedí dos botellas de agua sin gas, y NO HABÍA. Un rato después las consiguieron, pero es inconcebible que no hubiera algo tan elemental. Intenté dos veces comprar snacks en el bar pero no había nadie atendiendo. Al tercer intento logré comprar algo. Más tarde notamos que la tapa del sanitario de una de las habitaciones estaba rota (ver foto). Inaceptable. El desayuno fue un desastre. El ”servicio” a la mesa fue pésimo. Nos llevaron unas porciones minúsculas de huevos revueltos reposados y fríos, servidos en platos para tazas de tinto, pan viejo y café con sabor a tinto recalentado. No tenían café descafeinado. Una persona pidió una infusión de hierbas y le trajeron una de frutos verdes. Ante cada uno de nuestros reclamos hacían algo para tratar de remediar la situación, no siempre bien, y les hicimos saber que para nosotros era muy triste tener que estar quejándonos todo el tiempo para que el servicio funcionara medianamente. Pedimos dos tazas más de café y las llevaron chorreadas y además, las dos en un mismo plato (ver foto). No esperábamos una gastronomía elevada,pero sí al menos un servicio de desayuno decoroso y respetuoso con el huésped. El segundo día por la mañana, el aire acondicionado de una de las habitaciones dejó de funcionar. Eso es gravísimo porque las ventanas de las habitaciones están selladas, así que la única fuente de oxígeno es el aire acondicionado. Tuvimos que mantener abierta la puerta de la habitación para que entrara aire del pasillo. Ya estábamos de salida y cansados de quejarnos, así que no venimos nada en la recepción. Lo único rescatable fue que pudimos dormir tranquilamente. Después de haber vivido esta experiencia tan desagradable comprendí el afán de la recepcionista para que pagáramos en el momento del check-in.

Jedes Mal, wenn ich nach Bogota gehe, wähle ich immer das SONESTA Hotel. Wegen seiner Bequemlichkeit gibt es einen großen Supermarkt Exitro auf der anderen Straßenseite. Im dritten Stock des Supermarkts gibt es viele Restaurants. Es ist bequem zu essen und die öffentliche Sicherheit rund um das Hotel ist in Ordnung. Das Frühstück befindet sich im 3. Stock. Die Einrichtungen des Hotels sind immer noch sehr vollständig, denken Sie daran, die Zimmernummer mit der Endung 33-38 zu wählen, damit das Zimmer eine gute Aussicht hat und nicht blockiert wird! Der Empfang ist nicht schlecht, das Hotel ist nicht weit von unserem Firmensitz entfernt,

Wir mussten länger in Bogota aufgrund medizinischer Gründe bleiben und mussten Hotels wechseln ...so glücklich, dass wir BioHotel ...Es ist ein verstecktes Gem ...Das Hotel ist von Fußabstand zu allen schönen Restaurants von Usuquen, aber vergessen Sie nicht, in der schönen grünen zu essen Das Hotel ist schön dekoriert und sogar die Tische im Restaurant sind aus Recyclingmaterial. Frühstück ist einfach großartig! mit allen kleinen Bearbeitungsbewegungen und einem Personal, das immer lächelt! Das Hotel ist wirklich viel für die Umwelt und das frische Luftsystem ist großartig. Die Zimmer sind wirklich ruhig und schön wie das Badezimmer! Wir haben für 5 Nächte geblieben, aber wir werden sicher zurück sein!

BH Usaquen reklamiert sich und bezahlt sich entsprechend als 4* Hotel, aber es ist nicht in der Nähe einer 4* Qualität. Wenn BH Usaquen sich als 2* oder sogar 3* Hotel angekündigt hätte, hätte ich es besser bewertet, aber dann hätte ich dieses Hotel nicht gebucht, wenn es als 2* oder 3* Hotel angekündigt worden wäre. Der Punkt hier ist, dass, wenn Sie sich in die großen Ligas setzen, dann müssen Sie entsprechend handeln. Die Hotelzimmer haben keine A/Cs. Ich meine ein 4* Hotel ohne A/Cs. Sie geben Ihnen einen schmutzigen Fan. Das Zimmer riecht nicht frisch. Es war ok, aber nichts so besonderes. Es war mittel sauber. Kein Wasser für die Gäste. Frühstück ist teuer. Zum Preis dieses Hotels, Gebühren, empfehle ich, dass die Menschen in andere nahe gelegene Hotels gehen. Ich würde nie wieder hier bleiben und empfehle es niemandem, der nach einer 4* Erfahrung sucht. Ich empfehle sehr, dass BH Usaquen Frühstück auf ihren Standardpreisen einschließt und eine kleine Flasche Wasser/Kaffee gibt oder zumindest etwas im Lobby haben, das den Gästen kein Gebühren zugewiesen wird.

This is the second time I stay at the hotel for a month's stay. The first time was in July 2023. The location of the hotel is excellent, the staff, from the reception level, chambermaids, dining room, guards, all always with a smile, courteous and providing warm service. The hotel gives a homey and warm feeling which is very important. The rooms are always pleasant and the food is plentiful. Thanks to the hotel staff who made our stay at the hotel for a whole month feel like home. There is no doubt that if we return to Bogotá you are our hotel! Keep your existing team, because they are truly amazing Thank you!
