Positive Position Exzellente Positionszentrum von Chester fünf Minuten zu Fuß in Chester Stadtzentrum. Personal alle wirklich freundlich konnten sie nicht schuldig. Das ist für mich, wo die positiven enden! Entschuldigen Sie, aber ich habe nichts positives zu sagen. Für den Preis tut mir leid, aber nicht gut genug. Frühstück unverzehrbar das einzige, was ich am ersten Morgen gegessen hatte, war ein Glas Orangensaft anderes als alles andere kalt, Toast wie Gummi und kalt, die Eier gut kann ich nicht einmal beschrieben, was sie waren! Ich dachte, als das Personal kam, um die Platten zu nehmen, hätte sie gefragt, warum wir nichts anderes gegessen haben, als nein? Keine Fragen gestellt! Also war sie nicht überrascht! Schrecklich ist das einzige Wort, das ich beschreiben kann. Zweiten Morgen nicht viel besser geschafft, einen Croissant zu essen und das war um! Nicht genug Wahl entweder schlechte Show für den Preis, den Sie zahlen. Das Zimmer ohne USB Charging Punkt? Sicherlich eine Norm in diesen Tagen? Ein Mangel an Sockets voll stoppen keine Sockets auf der einen Seite des Bettes, so hatte ich meine Männer Laptop-Leit über meinen Rücken während er es guten Job hatte ich eine Erweiterungsleit mit uns gekauft! Keine Socket in der Nähe des Spiegels? Wie trocknet man das Haar, wenn es keinen Schlauch irgendwo in der Nähe des Spiegels gibt? Wer entworfen diese Zimmer? Das Zimmer war nicht, was ich würde sagen sauber hätte mit einem besser sauberen, auch Pilz-Fälligkeit gerissen? Ich konnte weiter gehen, aber ich glaube nicht, dass es irgendeinen Unterschied machen. Auch musste für Parkplätze bezahlen, was ich dann hörte, sie sagen zu jemandem: „Wenn Sie direkt über uns buchen, müssen Sie nicht für Parkplätze bezahlen“ ! Sehr enttäuscht in unserem Aufenthalt würde ich hier wieder sicher nicht lieber benutzen Premier Inn Ich weiß, was ich bekomme und ich kann ein frisches Frühstück von wo ich will, wenn ich will und nicht müssen einen Tisch vor der Nacht zu einem bestimmten Zeitpunkt vorbehalten Wenn ich auf meinem Urlaub bin und nicht möchte, dass ich ein Alarm setzen muss, um aufzustehen!

On a short break in Chester, my husband and I stayed at the Holiday Inn Express Chester Racecourse. We received a warm welcome on arrival, having parked our car safely in the car park. There is a £10 daily parking fee... now, it might seem a lot, but that's the cost of city centre parking and our car was secure during our stay. We were given a card to show if we needed to take our car out during our stay. Our room was very clean, plenty of lovely toiletries and a stocked hospitality tray. The bed was so comfy and the fluffy pillows were like laying your head on a marshmallow. The room was quite hot, but a fan was supplied, which was fine for us. Breakfast is provided and was very good, a well stocked buffet from which you can choose a cooked breakfast or continental breakfast. Staff were smiling and attentive. Likewise, when we had an evening drink in the bar area, staff were friendly and polite. These are not ' high end' hotels, but we were very happy with our stay in a hotel just minutes from the city centre attractions. We would be very pleased to stay here again

Lovely hotel. Perfect location for Chester, just outside in the country. Spotlessly clean with very friendly staff that could not do enough for you. Biker friendly, and a nice car park out of view of the main road. Meals were excellent and a lovely beer garden. There's a petrol station within 100 meters for refilling the bikes with a shop attached, so perfect. Will be using again.

Was there to celebrate my 80th birthday with my family. The staff were amazing and so kind and helpful. There were 14 of us so it must have been quite challenging for them. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Really special weekend. Would certainly recommend this hotel. Transport outside the hotel into the centre of Chester so very convenient although we did use taxis as well which the staff arranged for us. A nice pub next door. Altogether a lovely weekend.

We visit Chester every year, and have stayed with our children in many hotels and guest houses over the years, even the Grosvnor at 5stars. The star system by the AA, is at best misleading, as it's all about physical deliverables such as bar, lounge TV in all rooms etc. So it's unbalanced, and the service is a payable service, so many unstarred can be poor or even better than a top star rating. CHESTER GUEST HOUSE.at 3 star, for us is a very well appointed top tier in it's class. We have seen great improvements in the property and service over our visits. The owner is local and always looks to provide for us and we appreciate the improving service and value for money. I'd say we'll be back next year too. 15m walk to the town on a single path, keep left. Warm. Clean and very tastefully decorated and great hospitality. I'd give 4 star, having stayed in higher locally and Chester House is better for many reasons.

Ich bekomme es - Chester ist nicht billig. Aber dieses Hotel kostete uns £100 für einen 1-Nacht-Stadt und war grotte und alt. Ich bekomme es - es ist ein altes Gebäude, aber das ist wirklich nicht im Einklang mit der Hallmark Zweig und definitiv nicht bis zu schrauben mit Reinigungsstandard für diese Hotelkette. Zimmer - alt und müde, benötigt DIY und restaurative Werke, Malerei und eine tiefe Reinigung. Personal - Frauen hinter dem Tisch waren nicht die freundlichste und war recht verteidigungsfähig, als wir Fragen gestellt haben. Lage - perfekt. Recht außerhalb des Bahnhofs und sehr nahe dem Zentrum der Stadt. Gesamt ziemlich enttäuschend. Ich würde dieses Hotel nur empfehlen, wenn Sie nicht über Qualität gefehlt sind und nur nach einer Nacht in der Stadt Ihren Kopf hinunter fahren wollen.

The guest house exudes charm and elegance, with tastefully decorated rooms that are both cozy and comfortable. The location couldn't be better, situated within walking distance of Chester's main attractions and surrounded by picturesque streets. The attention to detail and personalized service truly made our stay memorable. We can't wait to return to Grosvenor Place Guest House on our next visit to Chester.
