We stayed 3 nights. Pretty much everything was straightforward. Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean, though a little dated in parts (swimming pool area). Parking was expensive but easy, and the location close to the City Centre was just a dream. All of the main Roman and city attractions are within easy walking distance.  All in all a really good stay. The only niggle I have, is that on the first night we ordered room service after a long trip. It took 3 attempts for the order to be correct. This was disappointing but at the end of the day, it was no massive issue.

Great breakfast! Clean room, friendly staff and little one loved the Xmas decs and the pool!

It was very good, easy to find, clean, warm, big room, welcoming service.

The hotel is ideally located for a visit to Chester. Room was clean and comfortable.

Excellent service from reception when we arrived to Raffael in the bar/restaurant and all the other staff were helpful and cheerful. Food was excellent, we had a full meal one night and bar snacks the following night and everything was tasty and well presented.

Great location, walking distance to most of the attractions.

Fantastic location in the heart of Chester. The room also had an iron and ironing board which was a godsend as we were travelling to a number of locations and living out of the suitcase 😳

Second time we've stayed at this hotel. Very friendly staff, excellent service, nothing is too much trouble. Excellent place in the centre of Chester for shops and the Christmas market. Lovely rooms and excellent service in the restaurant. Would recommend and we will definitely be back.

I recently stayed here 2 nights as I was getting married at the registry office, everything about the hotel was fantastic but I want to give a shout out to the young woman on recpetion who was very polite and friendly and arranged for some procecco in the room which we found after the wedding it was a lovely touch thank you

Lovely room, very quiet considering its city centre and building work is best by. Room was a little warm but overall would stay again

the Heating wasn't working, the Room wasn't very clean it needs updating.
