Premier Inn Chester Central (South East)

Really lovely and helpful staff a comfortable room with a great bed and sized room bath in the bathroom - always a bonus for me. breakfast was simple and great quality and a good price perfect stay for me I would happily recommend and stay again

Friendly and helpful staff. Very quiet hotel. Clean rooms, comfy bed. Great nights sleep. Close to city centre. Great stay overall. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend. Fantastic value for money. Very easy to find . Park and ride nearby but an Uber in to the city was very reasonable.

I only slept here, I never ate or had breakfast. Good parking, but no EV charging facility, which is disappointing. The staff are excellent, very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and typical Premier Inn standards, not the Savoy, but comfy, the shower had good pressure. Room was warm, be it not a warm evening outside, however the hotel obviously are aware of this and the room had a fan in it. Basic coffee and tea facilities, overal a decent night sleep and thats all I wanted.

The hotel is fine but generally tired. Staff were pleasant but you had to ask for all of the information you need for your stay and all staff are in the breakfast room in the morning. Broken fan and shower curtain meant the bathroom got soaked. Breakfast was basic. Nothing great about it. Pastries looked burned and no mushrooms on the cooked breakfast. Eggs were baked not fried which was weird to see. Staff were running round but not enough of them to keep food stocked and tables clean. Feels like Premier Inn have focused on the new hotel in the centre and forgotten this one.

I got hit by a snowstorm whilst driving home from an airport. I pulled up by the hotel in the middle of the night. Jason and TJ were some of the kindest and incredibly helpful staff,helping me out throughout my unexpected stay. Thank you so much

A pleasant stay. Breakfast was really varied and freshly replenished. The staff always said hello and were polite and helpful. There was a problem with our room heater but we were moved immediately as our room was too cold to remain in. For what we paid we got good value, as much tea and coffee as you want, good quality breakfast, nice beds and soft towels. There is easy access to the city by using the no 5 bus outside the hotel. However it is £3 per person each way and a taxi is £7.50 each way. So it's actually only slightly more expensive to go door to door without waiting. The hotel is located conveniently by a Sainsbury's so fuel and getting any nibbles and drinks is easy.
