Not well kept. Ripped blankets, carpet falling apart. Burn stains all over. Tub is rusted and peeling.
Staff is nice. Cheap.

For $110 a night, I’d think the ice machine would work and they would have clothes washing machine. You would think the bed spreads wouldn’t have cigarette burns and the bath tubs wouldn’t be peeling paint.

The staff, EXCELLENT. The tub in 111…TERRIBLE. Definitely needs REPLACING! The condition of the tub made the entire stay very uncomfortable. The hotel felt like a HIT IT and LEAVE situation. Interpret that the way you’d like.

Oh my goodness where should I start. The room was dated and the mattress was lumpy and the TV was small. Lord the bathroom was a hot mess paint peeling. the only good thing was it was quiet and the water got hot.

I was yelled at by the man who works up front, in front of my kids, because i was late checking out. The reason i was late checking out, was because i almost got shot that night and was told by the police i should leave for safety reasons. The place was dirty and that man was the worst person ive ever encountered being at a hotel

Room was dirty and the carpet and the bathroom was dirty. The doors were dirty.
Cigarette burns or holes on the covers.
The housekeepers need proper training on how to clean.

I booked a smoking room without realizing it but the front desk lady switched me to a non-smoking room, so that was very nice, definitely appreciated that. She also gave us the choice between 2 rooms since we had a couple of bags to bring in. When I checked out, the gentlemen at the front desk was able to give me change for a $20 so that was very nice. Both employees I spoke to were very kind and courteous.
