Room was clean. Ambience was good. Staff and owner were very cooperative. Food was good. I will suggest to have some more option for breakfast

only a half ltrs water bottle was provided. no electric kettle or tea kit. in the morning for hot water waited till 7 am. Room fridge was too dirty. AC was intermittent. On query I was informed that only Rs 1600/ they get. rest amount is taken by booking agency

Hotel park inn is probably the best hotel to stay in ballia up. It ranks high on accessibility, cleanliness, and quality of the rooms. Nice ambience and excellent service standards. Food taste is very good and i thoroughly enjoyed. Choice of vegetarian items is a bit limited and management should work on this. Overall a star hotel experience in a place like ballia
