this is my 2nd time coming here. came here on 5-6/3/21 with friend & come again on 10-11/3/ with family. i recommend to choose DELUXE PLUS or villa instead of CLASSIC ROOM. yes classic is the cheapest but there is no view u can see. the attraction here is the pool and lake view. there is free parking at the basement but we choose to have the valet paking which cost us rm10 per day since it was too dark when at night. View is great. Room is clean. Heater & aircond functioning very well. BUT astro channel only 3 channels available which are cartoon & 2 sports. 1 more thing toothbrush need to be requested from reception. so RIDICULOUS! they also wont provide any extra towels even if u request for it. if hotel is full house i could be more understanding but that time only few rooms occupied. by the time i come here there is no cafe open. that means no room service. either u have to to THE MINES in front @ order from food delivery. for breakfast they outsourced from other party. only nasi lemak available@ RM10 & they will send to your room at 8am. POOL looks not really clean eventhough they said just cleaned the pool. the balls floated in the pool also very dirty. but its very worthy for the photo. beautiful scenery. at night there are colorful light at the pool until midnight. TIPS: if u choose CLASSIC/ DELUXE PLUS room please request at level 4. because at night its very dark & level 4 is where lobby is located. so it wont be too scary to pick up your food from food delivery rider

**Review of Park Inn Hotel** I recently stayed at the Park Inn Hotel and found it to have a lot of positives. The location is excellent, conveniently close to major attractions and public transportation. The amenities are great too – the rooms are well-furnished, the fitness center is well-equipped, and the breakfast spread is delicious. However, there were a couple of issues. The toilet in my room had a persistent unpleasant odor, which was quite off-putting. Additionally, the soundproofing of the rooms could be improved as I could hear noises from the adjacent rooms and hallway. Despite these drawbacks, Park Inn Hotel offers good value for its location and amenities. If they address the toilet odor and soundproofing issues, it would greatly enhance the guest experience.

I just stayed at Moxy Putrajaya, right next to IOI Mall, and honestly, it was awesome. From the moment I arrived, I felt totally recognized – the crew called me by name which made a huge difference and made me feel right at home. The room was spotless, with loads of thoughtful touches in the amenities that made my stay super comfy. But the real highlight? The people! The crew was all about fun and super friendly vibes. I met Dharmen at the bar and chatted with a couple of trainees – their energy and engagement were off the charts. They made sure everyone was having a good time, recommended some cool spots to check out, and really went the extra mile to make my stay special. The whole a**osphere at Moxy is both lively and chill, perfect whether you’re there to relax or looking to mingle and have a good time. Thanks to the Captain, for organizing all this. Can’t wait to go back to Moxy Putrajaya. If you’re looking for a place with fun vibes and thoughful spirited people, this is it. Totally recommend!

Our stay at Putrajaya Marriott Hotel was really great! The rooms were nice and clean, and the resort had a very relaxing ambiance. The hourly shuttle to IOI City Mall was also useful and saved us the trouble of walking.

Als ich ankam, bemerkte ich, dass der Wohnzimmer und alle Zimmerboden noch nass waren. Trotzdem begrüße ich seine rasche Bemühungen, unseren Bedürfnissen gerecht zu werden.

Nice, clean, spacious room. Very comfy. Friendly & efficient check-in and check-out staff. Stayed here to attend a 500+ pax event. Hall is big and comfortable with toilets close by. Event food is acceptable.

My stay was super pleasant and my niece really enjoys the pool! Mind you, the pool shared with the shaftbury residence and they are salt water pool! The pool is very big, make sure to bring your swimsuit, you will not regret it! However there were no shoes in the room, we opened all the drawers but found none. Probably had to ask from the reception but it's okay, nothing much on that as their floor is not tiles nor hard hardwood floower. The services of their staff, like always from Accor group, top notch. There are different lift from parking lot (we park at B1) to the other floor, their staff even help pointing us to the right direction. Make sure to bring your TnG with you so you can validate it for free parking. I booked via Trip so it comes with breakfast, but boy they didn't disappoint. The breakfast buffet, like my previous stay in another Mercure hotel, SUPERB! Kudos to the chef/baker who served and made the croissant sandwich from table to table, love their croissant and fillings! Kudos to the chef who prepared my scramble the way I requested. And also to that delicious nasi lemak. Plus, that surprising ice cream for breakfast which of course, the most enjoyable one for my niece. Just that we went for breakfast quite late around 9am so the refill is a bit slow on some food but we still manage to taste almost all of them (except for the noodle station). and the restaurant used for breakfast buffet is so big that you can sit far from other guests.

Wir prüfen dieses Hotel auf 16/9/2022 für 1 Nacht für eine Hochzeitsereignis in der Nähe. Es war eine spät einchecken wegen Verkehrssperr von Johor. Das Hotel scheint aus dem Außenbereich zu sein. Das Zimmer war ziemlich geräumig. Vor dem Einchecken berichten wir bereits die Rezeption, dass wir einen Fahrer mit Behinderungen haben, der einen Parkplatz in der Nähe der Lobby benötigt. Für Ihre Informationen, ist deren Parkplatz im Gegenteil des Gebäudes, Multi-Storey, was uns nicht bequem ist. Die Rezeption gibt uns die Genehmigung, um im Freien zu parken. Aber wenn wir das Hotel erreichten, konnten wir nicht parken. Auch wenn wir ihm gesagt haben, dass wir die Genehmigung bereits erhalten. Wir müssen wieder auf die Rezeption gehen, zeigen ihnen den Beweis, dann die Sicherheit lassen uns parken. Aber von der Sicherheitsbewegung und der Art, wie er uns ansieht, als ob wir ein Verbrechen machen. So schrecklich. Es war der Regentag, aber es war enttäuscht, da niemand aus dem Hotelpersonal uns mit unseren Gepäck und Dingen unterstützt. Gehen Sie ins Zimmer, als wir die Toilette dringend benutzen wollten, wurde die Handtücher-Bowl gefärbt und kann nicht ausspülen. Der Techniker nannte den Zimmerservice, nahm ca. 20-30mins zu reparieren. 4G Internet und WiFi-Zugang war sehr langsam. Am Abend und während der Auscheckung am nächsten Tag schaute sich die gleiche Sicherheit auf uns und unser Fahrzeug. Ich verstehe, dass sie ihre Arbeit tun, aber bitte wissen Sie, dass wir dort nicht illegal parkiert haben. Am Tag der Abreise, wir haben die Empfangsstelle angerufen, um zu überprüfen, ob wir eine spät abreise beantragen können, aber statt eine spät abreise, Empfang machen uns zu früher abreise, was vor 12 ist (die Standardzeit der Abreise) Wenn Sie nach einem geräumigen Zimmer und einem anständigen Bereich suchen, können Sie zu diesem Hotel kommen, aber wenn Sie nach einem insgesamt guten Service und bequemen suchen, besuchen Sie dieses Hotel nicht. Sie werden sich enttäuschen, genau wie ich.
