Radisson Hotels in Chennai

We felt super welcomed and well taken care of from the moment we alighted our transport from the airport. The staff were all pleasant and warm, making the stay really comfortable and cosy. Room was comfortably sized and clean, toilet was also clean. There were many channels to watch on the TV. Breakfast was great, we especially loved the live stations where we can order dosa and scrambled eggs. Loved the chai.  Our room was also facing the river and we could raptor watch quite close from our window! Super exciting watching Black Kites swooping around.  The only down side is that soundproofing wasn’t the best and amenities look a little aged, but we aren’t too bothered and still enjoyed our stay. After a disastrous experience last month with another reputed hotel in Chennai, I approached my stay at the Radisson Blu with trepidation. To say that I was mistaken would be an understatement. The room is top class, the amenities provided are very good. The food options are plenty and cater to multiple taste buds. The staff are friendly, flexible and ever willing to help. They go out of their way for the comfort and ease of stay for their guests. Well done, keep up the good work.
