I recently stayed at Ibis OMR and unfortunately had a disappointing experience, particularly with the service from the receptionist, Mr. Ram. I felt misled about the pricing, which resulted in me paying significantly more than I had anticipated.
When I checked in, I was not clearly informed about the charges and fees of room retention, all other receptionist did not indicate any charges for room retention except Mr.Ram. Mr. Ram’s explanations were vague and left me feeling uncertain about the total cost. When I inquired further, I received inconsistent answers, which only added to my frustration.
I believe transparency in pricing is crucial for any hotel experience, and this situation made my stay far less enjoyable, because of the repeated torture of the receptionist especially Mr. Ram. I hope the management addresses this issue, as it could improve the experience for future guests.
Overall, I cannot recommend Ibis OMR based on my experience.
