Die von Ihnen angesprochenen Hygieneprobleme haben wir nun der Hauswirtschaftsabteilung gemeldet und werden umgehend Abhilfe schaffen und die Schulung des Personals verstärken. bezüglich der von Ihnen erwähnten Rückmeldung zum Problem mit dem Zimmertelefon haben wir dies der technischen Abteilung gemeldet und die technische Abteilung hat nun alle Räume in der Wohnung inspiziert; zu dem von Ihnen angesprochenen Problem mit der Waschmaschine: Unsere Wohnung ist mit einem speziellen Desinfektionsmittel für Waschmaschinen ausgestattet. Bei Bedarf können Sie sich an die Rezeption des Apartments wenden. Wir werden Ihre Bewertung als Warnung nutzen, um uns an unsere Defizite zu erinnern und hart daran arbeiten, diese zu beheben.
