Der Service war ausgezeichnet. Das Personal an der Rezeption im Ximian war sehr freundlich. Das Hotel war sehr sauber. Ich würde bei meinem nächsten Besuch in Chengdu wieder hier übernachten. Es war ruhig und sauber. Die Lage war praktisch. Parken war problemlos.

Das ist das erste Mal, dass ich so sprachlos bin, und es ist auch das erste Mal, dass ich eine negative Bewertung erhalten habe. Als ich um 11 Uhr morgens eine wichtige Besprechung hatte, klopfte das Reinigungspersonal an die Tür, um aufzuräumen, und unterbrach meine Besprechung. Ich öffnete die Tür und sagte, ich würde später reden, und kam dann zur Besprechung zurück. Am Ende kam direkt das Reinigungspersonal? Sie wurden alle wütend und fragten mich, ob sie warten könnten, bis das Treffen vorbei sei. Sie sahen deutlich, wie ich während des Berichts redete und die Toilette spülte, Bettdecken und Müllsäcke wegwarf und laute Geräusche machte Mich.

Location and breakfast were good, staff was really kind. But they had weird bathrooms with semi-transparent windows which was not very ideal traveling with a big family.

Last night, after suddenly feeling severe stomach pain, one of the staff members — Mr. Jiuju (久喆) — immediately accompanied me to the hospital. He stayed with me from 4:00 AM until 10:00 AM, handled everything from registration to translation, and never left my side. What he did… even many close friends would not do. When we returned to the hotel, he informed his colleagues about my condition. As I was walking toward the elevator, I suddenly heard fast footsteps behind me. Two staff members came rushing toward me asking with genuine concern: “Are you okay? Do you feel better?” They handed me warm water, offered to bring food, and insisted on helping with anything I needed. Later in the afternoon, the Hotel Manager — Mr. Chen (陈小宝) — personally visited my room to check on my health. He told me something that truly touched my heart: “My colleague who took you to the hospital is off-duty now, but he is very worried about you and asked me to check if you are okay.” I told him I was feeling much better, and I sincerely thanked him for their kindness. The manager also helped arrange food for me, made sure my room was comfortable, and even gave me his personal WeChat for any request — whether cleaning, laundry, or anything else I might need. This is not ordinary service. This is true humanity, kindness, and professionalism at the highest level. ⸻ ✨ About the Hotel Itself • Prime location — close to attractions, restaurants, and metro. • Modern, elegant, and extremely clean hotel environment. • Rooms with stunning city views, especially at night. • Staff who treat you like family, not like guests. ⸻ ✨ My Conclusion Atour Chengdu didn’t just offer hospitality… They supported me during a difficult moment, cared for me like a brother, and made me feel safe in a foreign country. To Mr. Jiuju (久喆), Mr. Chen Xiao Bao (陈小宝), and the entire team: Thank you for your kindness, warmth, and exceptional care. You truly deserve every one of the five stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I will never forget this experience.

We stayed for 5 nights and it was great! The hotel is located within 10-15 min walk from three different metro stations, so it is really easy to get around. The front desk receptionists were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was varied, with both Chinese and some western options.

I had a wonderful stay at Atour Hotel and would happily choose it again. The hotel strikes a great balance between modern comfort and thoughtful details. The room was spacious, spotless, and very quiet, with a super comfortable bed and pillow that made it easy to rest after a long day. What really stood out was the service — the staff were consistently friendly, professional, and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. The check-in process was smooth, and every interaction felt genuinely welcoming rather than scripted. I also loved the overall atmosphere of the hotel: calm, well-designed, and subtly elegant. The location was convenient, and the amenities were well maintained, making the stay both easy and relaxing.

Very clean hotel with great breakfast options. The lobby is extremely well decorated with a tea area and also a hang out area with a table. I’m a light sleeper so I’m glad the hotel is relatively quiet. Even though breakfast ends at 10:30 on weekdays, they continue to refill food until that time so people who likes to sleep in late like me can still eat. Upon checkout front desk gave me a cute small panda and asked for a good review but the panda had no influence on my positive review! 😊

Awesome place to stay right in the center of Chengdu. All the popular and nice places are within a 30-minute walking distance. The room is clean, spacious, modern, and simply awesome. Breakfast is also very tasty. The staff is great and very professional - from the reception personnel to housekeeping and the restaurant/laundry staff. They don’t speak English, but are always helpful and supportive using a translator. I I’m very happy we chose this hotel for our first stay in Chengdu!

First night cannot sleep with air con fixed at 26deg room temp. Open window but noisy facing main road. Overall is ok

Fantastic breakfast for westerners and Chinese alike with laundry service, a delivery robot and helpful staff who assisted in sending items across the country as well as helping us with extra coffee! Both Chinese and Western guests were happy. Would recommend this hotel to all.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, the hotel is located in a great area, near the metro, using di di you can get everywhere very easily. The room is very modern and has everything you need, breakfast has a huge variety of foods, lots of fruits too and you can take away stuff even the coffee and tea. Even though they don't speak English, they were very helpful and made our stay very pleasant. We stayed there 10 nights.

We had a great stay and the room was big. But the ceiling at the shower area needs to be fixed and renovated. Room was very warm because they didn’t turn on the aircond due to the govnt policy during winter and spring season. Other than that, it was great. Additional Mineral water are available at each level near the elevator and the aunties helped to dry our clothes after washing in the laundry. It was also folded and packed in the laundry bag after drying. We js need to collect them when we r back to the hotel at night. Amenities and mini bar are free and refilled everyday !
