Friend & helpful front desk staff . Help us book taxi to Train station . We have 2 nights stay and coming back for another 1 night stay after our trip to Jiujiagou & Leshan. Room is comfortable we have good sleep . Location is convenient.

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at Ji Hotel! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and exceptional service. The room was a perfect blend of comfort and elegance — spacious, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully designed with modern touches. The bed was extremely comfortable, providing a restful night’s sleep. I also appreciated the small details, like the complimentary bottled water, high-quality toiletries, and cozy lighting that made the room feel warm and inviting. One of my favorite aspects was the serene ambiance throughout the hotel. The atmosphere was calm and quiet, making it an ideal retreat after a busy day. The minimalist decor added to the sense of relaxation and simplicity that Ji Hotel is known for. Additionally, the location was incredibly convenient, with easy access to public transportation, local restaurants, and key attractions. It made exploring the area both effortless and enjoyable. Nothing to complain about really. Excellent location, but do expect to wait quite a bit if you intend to utilize the self service laundry facilities. The dryers take forever to get the job done.

We really enjoyed staying in Ji Hotel. The staff are really helpful. Room, toilet were cleaned up everyday. The pillows and bed is sooo comfortable 🥰 Buffet breakfast is variety and delicious too. Easy access to the Metro station and mall, restaurants.

The location js very very good, right next to Taikoo Li. Tha hotel was clean, with all the amenities needed for our stay. Our room had a hight floor level, the view was good.

- Room size and bed too small for 2 pax. - Cleanliness not done properly. There still hair in basin when check on. -Aircon not working on 1st night. Checked with front desk and said that they prifix temperature and cannot be adjusted…… - some staff’s attitudes

Overall is good. But if you are a light sleeper, please avoid this hotel as the sound proof of this hotel is very bad. I could hear people clearing bottles at 4:00am for nearly 2 hours almost every night during my stay.

We had a great stay! The bathroom, cleaning, self-service laundry and breakfast was amazing. The room was compact with small windows.

Really love the hotel location! They provide free 冰粉 in the lobby and it’s really yummy.

Hotel located at a great location, but the room is a bit small, no minibar. And the front desk is very busy so can’t give customer a better service. Hotel lobby has only one bathroom for everyone and always busy

Overall staying are goods, just that service can be more improve.
