Good service and friendly staff. Big and clean rooms

I stayed for 5 night with my family and we had an amazing time! The location is very central. The apartment is so spacious with 2 bedrooms, a kitchen (with washing machine), bathroom with shower and bath and a huge living room! Every day the cleaning team came to empty our bins, bring new fluffy towels, water bottles etc. The children particularly liked the big screen with projector and we made good use of it. The reception staff is so kind and assisted us with everything we needed. A special thank you for the member of staff (that spoke very good English) that helped us get our iPhone back that we accidentally left in a taxi. My husband made good use of the fitness room. I would 100% recommend this hotel, it is excellent value for money.

This is my second booking within a week. Took a 3D2N trip out of town and the hotel was very nice to safe keep our luggages for free. The girl at the reception on duty, 12 Dec night, was extremely patient and helpful as we arrived at the hotel around 8 pm. Will book again for the hotel location and great service.

Big and spacious apartment, location is pretty good, easy to get around. On our first night one of the bathrooms had water leaking from the ceiling, the hotel got us a replacement room to move to once available. It was a hassle but overall the service and recovery was good.

Hotel is not exactly easy to find and its biggest disadvantage is its limited lifts. Imagine having 2 small lifts to service a 47-level building. It took me 40 minutes to get up to deposit my luggage and head out. Lifts were occupied by their workers frequently such as trash on trolley, mattress on trolley, cleaning equipment on trolley etc. Due to the small size of the lift, I wasn’t able to load my luggage into the lift with their other workers and passengers on board. When I finally boarded the lift, several other guests also felt the same frustration when their they were unable to enter the lift at their respective level. I would say security is of a concern as well. You are just given a passcode to enter the door without the need of a key or card. Moreover, there is no additional ledge/lock behind your door which makes it rather insecure. I have to give major credit to their customer service recovery. Right after I experience this, I requested to shorten my stay from 5 nights to just 1 night which they agreed immediately. They still apologised for this inconvenience which is mainly caused by the design flaw of the building. It’s more of a homestay than a hotel. I did enjoy using their washing machine & dryer though. All in all, I’ll not return to this hotel until basic issues are resolved. There are better options out there.
