Customer service not friendly, when I can't find the hotel location before checking in and give a call to ask when I was around the mall, he keep mention already sent location to me and being so impatient. And he didn't tell that the hotel name has changed too as the WeChat name is 丽泊全套 , but the exact name is 锦邻公寓, the information all inaccurate, he just keep repeating he already sent me the location of the hotel. Even we are foreigner but we can speak chinese, it is so easy to tell us, the hotel entrance is just near hwa Wei store and a Japanese food store.
In this apartment there isn't any microwave to make hot food, not even a dish washer. Floor is very sticky even you wear their slipper. And my son don't have any slippers so he just wear socks instead, but after playing around the socks get so dirty. I request room service to mop the floor another day but the wiping is not work at all. So I use up a roll of tissue paper to wipe the whole unit floor, the tissue paper all so dirty black. Imagine my 3yo and 1yo baby not wear socks their feet are all black. And we malaysian practice not wearing shoe in room. If your next customer rate your floor is very clean is because I did the wiping job not your internal staff.
Sadly to say not coming back again since your customer service also mentioned not going to accept foreigners to escape from dealing all these issues.
