Great apartment at the Napoli Suite - modern and cosy with all the luxuries you need. Outside deck and air con included - although it rained during my stay so didn’t put these to much use! Coffee machine for a pick me up in the morning after a nice quiet nights sleep. Will stay again when I’m back in town

While there was a wee bit o’ dust here and there, it certainly didn’t take away from the overall warm and welcoming experience. ✨ The Magical Bits: ✅ Prime Location – Right in the heart of Cheltenham, within walking distance of top attractions, shops, and great restaurants. ✅ Elegant & Spacious Rooms – A beautifully designed boutique-style space, perfect for unwinding after a long day of adventuring. ✅ Friendly & Welcoming Staff – A warm Irish welcome (or close enough!) from the helpful team, always happy to assist. ✅ Great Value for Money – At £88 a night, it’s a steal for such a charming and stylish stay! 🔎 What Lost a Gold Coin: • A Wee Bit o’ Dust – The room itself was tidy and inviting, but I did spot some dust on the picture frames and units. Not a deal-breaker, but a quick polish would’ve made it even more dazzling! • No On-Site Restaurant or Bar – No worries, though! Cheltenham has plenty of fantastic dining options nearby. • Parking Can Be a Bit Tricky – If you’re driving, best to plan ahead and check for nearby options. 🏆 Final Verdict: Despite a wee dusting on the picture frames, Strozzi Palace Hotel is a fantastic choice—elegant, comfortable, and in a prime location. This was our first time at Strozzi Palace and we shall definitely return, we regularly visit family in Cheltenham and this is a perfect base for a longer stay. 5 minute walk to the centre of town, 10 minutes to the Everyman theatre. Spotlessly clean, teas and coffee provided and a pint of fresh milk in the fridge. There is a microwave and crockery and cutlery provided. A super king bed with lovely bed linen and big fluffy towels. Temple spa bath and hair products are provided. We booked a car parking space at £12.50 per day . There is no on street parking. You do have to collect your parking fob which raises the barrier from either reception or the room before you can park. Entry to the main entrance and room is by keypad so no key to remember and it all felt very secure. We were in Tuscany suite which is at the back and experienced no noise at all. There are no lifts but just 2 floors to walk up. Roy was very helpful with various requests and kindly carried our luggage down. Thankyou Strozzi Palace we had a fabulous stay,

Lovely little studio flat in Cheltenham town centre. Short walk to all the shops and parks and gorgeous architecture. Noisy though, so if you need quiet or plan to sleep in, this is not for you. However, if sleep is not on the agenda, there’s a pub downstairs and you’ll be up early without an alarm clock to get up and get going!

We have been staying at Strozzi Palace for many years now and always choose the Napoli suite We noticed a lovely change in a new mattress very comfortable and were welcomed with a surprise thoughtful festive touch of a lovely Christmas garland and tree. The central location is perfect for us every time.

Tuscany suite was very comfortable with everything we needed and good valie. It was nicely decorated for Christmas. The welcome pack was useful and Roy was friendly and helpful in reception. Great central location with straightforward self check-in. The only thing we mention to Roy is that we felt it's time to provide a new mattress.
