It was ok .I noticed room had some loose items. Pool out of service. Back door by the pool did not open with key card. The cookie shuttle buses park in the front parking lot near entrance. They should park on the side parking lot instead of the front. The front should be for guests. The cookies were very delicious. Staff gave us a blanket tied up with a ribbon. Very thoughtful and detailed. Thank you

Chelsea is not the safest part of Boston, so the hotel is not ideally located. The rooms are also old and not always clean. The amenities (pool and gym) are decent, but nothing to be excited about. Overall, I would only recommend staying here for 1 night if you need to head to the airport, as it is near Logan and offers a free shuttle.

Maintaining the service level of Double Tree Hotel, clean & comfortable but too noisy due to near to the railway.

房間中規中矩，前台服務不錯。有穿梭巴士來回機場和租車地點，但需要電話聯繫。非常方便 但是房間隔音極其差！半夜被吵鬧的孩子聲吵得無法入睡；早上正睡着，7點鐘又被嬉笑聲吵醒！

訂單顯示有沙發床 其實是一個很粗糙的靠椅 本來一家人出行 就是希望包含沙發床的，非常不方便。訂單訊息裏有顯示一晚停車費是20美金，實際到店是25美金一晚。房間裏異味非常大，也很潮濕，第二天也沒有清理房間，垃圾也沒有收。唯一好一點的是早晨的早餐區域比較乾淨，選擇還好。白天大堂的咖啡和熱水都撤掉了，其他酒店基本會放一整天供客人使用。

交通便利，請注意接送大巴去機場的時間，不是24小時的。
