Stayed here again in late June 2024, and once again the room and the service were spectacular. The front desk clerk, Trinity, was friendly, welcoming, and professional, and check-in was a breeze. The valet service was also very fast. The room, a suite on the 4th floor, was beautiful with floor-to-ceiling windows along one wall. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the overall vibe of the hotel is chic but not stuffy. The speakeasy also remains one of the coolest bars in the city. It was a very relaxing stay, and the Kinley remains the best hotel in Chattanooga.

Meine Frau und ich verbrachten eine Nacht im Hotel Edwin und es hätte nicht besser sein können. Wir wollten die meisten der Einrichtungen vor Ort nutzen und besuchten sowohl Whitebird als auch Whiskey Thief. Beide waren tolle Erfahrungen. Am nächsten Morgen hatten wir Frühstück in Rembrandts im nahe gelegenen Kunstbezirk. Unser Zimmer war eine willkommene Veränderung von Kette-Hotels und war schön eingerichtet. Unsere Aussicht war hauptsächlich auf das Hunter Art Museum, aber wir konnten auch den Tennessee River sehen. Die Lage ist ein riesiges Plus und wir genossen zu Fuß über die Walnut Street Bridge und über den Coolidge Park. Dies ist eines der besten Hotels, die wir jemals gewesen und würde gern zurückkehren.

The downtown location offers everything within a walking distance. The staff is very, very welcoming, helping and friendly. The cost for parking is expensive, mostly you have to go get the car yourself. The hotel is outdated and the furniture throughout the hotel has seen better days., The room was clean, basic amenities were available. For a business trip, this hotel offered what you need, a clean room, safe parking, good location, helpful and friendly staff. The breakfast is in cooperation with a restaurant which charges an insane amount of money for breakfast (it's not worth it); the coffee available in the lobby is ok. If you look for a great breakfast or coffee place, there is a restaurant called Maple Street Biscuit Company around the corner, 3 minutes to walk, they have excellent coffee and great food, the welcome is superb and the atmosphere great! During my next business trip to Chattanooga I would stay at a different hotel.

The hotel is decent but we had a very uneven experience. I think some of it was unique circumstance. We originally booked a corner 2 queen bed room. The check in process was fast and efficient however when we went to our room we immediately noticed a fair amount of mold build up in the shower so we asked to change to another room of the same type. The bellman hadn’t even put the bags in the room yet so it made it easy to change. The next room we went in appeared to be fine until my daughter open the blinds and we found a wasp behind it. Thinking it was no big deal I removed the wasp from behind the blinds but then noticed 2 more. I looked up in the very top corner and nestled all the way up was a wasp nest. The bellman was still with us unloading our bags so we both snapped pictures of it and we obviously had to move again. This time they put us in one of the suites which we very much appreciated the gesture. The room was quite spacious so that was nice. However, it only had 1 king instead of queens which meant someone was going to have to sleep on the couch. This ended up being me so I pretty much didn’t sleep for a few nights. Also the room was a handicap room so the shower had no door and only a shower curtain that was about 3 feet off of the ground. So you had to shower in the corner or the shower and water would get everywhere in the bath room because there was nothing to stop it from splashing. The final night we were there the manager who was on duty offered to comp a dinner for my family given all of the changes. Again, we appreciated the gesture as we didn’t ask for that all. That meal took over 2 hours because the service was very slow. I’m pretty sure they had a 13 or 14 top seated at the same time as us so that was likely the reason. This meal actually ended up on my final bill so it wasn’t comped at all. I didn’t have the energy to fight it so I just let it go. I thought the staff was friendly and they tried to accommodate so that was all appreciated.

Wir verbrachten eine wunderbare Nacht im Hotel Indigo Chattanooga. Das Hotel ist aktualisiert und komfortabel, mit sehr freundlichen und willkommenen Mitarbeitern. Besondere Anerkennung für Aaron bei der Eincheckung und alle großen Väterpersonal. Wir hatten ein Hotel auf eine Suite auf der Grundlage unserer IHG-Mitgliedschaft. Die Suite wurde mit modernen Touchs geschmackvoll eingerichtet und war eine sehr ruhige und coole Retreat auf einer heißen Julinacht. Die Lage ist großartig mit einem kurzen Spaziergang zu den Geschäften und Restaurants auf der Broad Street & Market Street, und alle Attraktionen in der Nähe des Flusses. Wir werden zurück sein!

Ich freue mich auf den Aufenthalt in dieser Woche. Ich habe Chattanooga vor ein paar Wochen besucht und in einer anderen Hilton-Eigenschaft geblieben. Diese Reise, wollten wir am Fluss bleiben. Bevor ich von meiner vorangegangenen Reise nach Hause kam, ließ ich mich in die HGI, und was ein wunderbares Personal. Emily und Christine erzählten uns über das Hotel, gab uns Lebensmittel- und Getränke-Einrichtung Empfehlungen und Zimmer Empfehlungen. All dies, wenn unsere Reservierung 3 Wochen aus ist. Wenn sie dich so behandelt, wenn du kein Gast bist, das ist alles, was Sie wissen müssen, wie sie dich während der Zeit dort behandeln werden. Hotel was clean and easily accessible to a number of activities in Chattanooga. The valet parking was also extremely helpful as there were many events occurring over the weekend we were there. Nathaniel, our valet, was especially helpful as he ensured a quick turn in bringing the car around, especially in this heat!

Unser Aufenthalt hier war gut und nicht so gut. Wir baten um ein Grundgeschoss und das ist, was wir haben, was einige Hotels nicht tun werden, wenn wir später ankommen am Tag. Wir konnten direkt an der Tür parken. Zimmer und alles war ziemlich sauber. Die Dinge, die wir verwendeten, funktionierten gut (Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Haartrockner), aber ich sah kein Ironing-Bord. Fernseher funktionierte gut. Die Dusche funktionierte gut und hatte eine der Dusche-Gräber, die Ihnen mehr Raum geben. Das Frühstück war mit heißen Eiern und Sauce, Kuchen und Grau, gepackten Gemüse, Bageln, einigen Getreide, Saft, Kaffee, Tee, heißen Schokolade usw. gut. Es gab Wäschereien und Trockner im Zimmer, wo der Pool ist. Wir haben den Pool nicht versucht, aber es war groß und indoor und sah nett aus. Es gab eine Einlage von $100 und da wir mit einer Kreditkarte bezahlt haben, sagten sie, es wäre kein Problem, sie in bar zu bezahlen. Auf der negativen Seite: Das Zimmer hatte einen Geruch ... nicht wirklich rauchen, aber etwas, das nicht besonders angenehm war. Das Zimmer fühlte sich sehr nass und ”fest” trotz der A/C, die zur Senkung der Temperatur arbeitete. Ich mochte das Gefühl der Fliesenboden auf meinen einfachen Füßen nicht. Es gab kein Gewebe im Gewebedispenser. Obwohl es Raum für einen Tisch und einen Stuhl gab, gab es keine. Wir haben unser Ausführungsgericht auf dem Bett gegessen. Die Kissen waren nur ok und alle waren die gleichen. Toilette/Tube-Bereich war sehr klein. Kein Aufzug für 2. Stockzimmer.

GGuest UserWir feiern hier unser 40. Jahrestag und es war sehr schön! Die atemberaubende Atmosphäre, wenn Sie in die Klingeln mit den Hut und die Hüten, die sie uns gegeben haben, als wir erst angekommen waren. Unser Zimmer war auf der 10. Stockendeinheit, als wir ins Haus gingen war nett klein aber das Badezimmer war groß! Ruhezimmer, Kuchen waren ok, aber das Bett war sehr komfortabel! Zimmerservice war groß, aber nur Freitag-Sonntag, sehr enttäuscht, als wir bis Montag geblieben. Ich liebe im Zimmerservice Fir Frühstück besonders! Das Restaurant war großartig und unser Kellner Chris war absolut perfekt! Der Bartender in der Frontbar namens Barry war so ein wunderbarer Kerl! Gutes Essen dort auch zu bestellen! Alles, was Sie brauchen, war das Front Desk sehr schön untergebracht! Die Tour des Zimmers 311 war definitiv eine Muss! Valet Parking war ein wenig preiswert, aber es lohnt sich! GGuest UserDas Bett war nicht sauber. Es gab Haare und Nahrungsmittelschäden auf den Blättern! Der Vorderbüro-Verwalter war sehr nett und brachte uns einige Blätter. Sie sagte, sie sei die einzige im Hotel, so dass sie niemanden schicken konnte, um die Blätter für uns zu ändern, so dass wir unser eigenes Bett ändern mussten!
Um 10 Uhr nach dem Schlafengehen hörten wir jemanden, der in dem Zimmer über uns laufen und springen. Wir warten geduldig etwa eine Stunde, um zu sehen, ob sie sich niederlegen würden, aber schließlich mussten wir den Vorderabend anrufen und Beschwerden einlegen. Die Desk-Agentin sagte, sie würde sich um sie kümmern und nach ein paar Minuten der Lärm gestoppt. Erst nach Mitternacht kam er nicht wieder zum Schlafen.

SSabrina RI honestly would like to know how this hotel is still open. First and foremost the front desk evening attendant was kind. Upon entering our room #116 the first step we took after opening the door was an awful smell. It was a mixture between sweat, smoke and funk. I had brought some Lysol spray with me so I just sprayed it in the air to kinda freshen the room and just kept quiet. Then the loud all night banging we kept hearing was so bad it woke me up 4 times from my sleep. The breakfast was not the best but not the worst. The lady who was handling it was the sweetest lady and she greeted each person with a smile. Yet every time we walked back to the room that smell was there. Then the shower in the room didn't work at all. We were only able to take baths. So the morning of our check out, keep in mind it's me, my 10 year old and my 8 year old who was the reason we were there for his birthday weekend. When we were checking out the front desk attendant told me the manager called her and told her to charge me a cleaning fee. I asked for what and as I was walking back to to the room the manager walks past me so I turn around and asked what was she talking about a cleaning fee. She started off by saying the room was a mess. Then she told 4 lies to my face as if I just hadn't walked out the room. She said there are pizza boxes everywhere. I said there is 1 pizza box in the room and it's sitting directly on top of the microwave. Where should I have put it? She didn't answer. Then she says there are bath and pool towels all over the floor and bathroom floor. My reply was, yes, they're towels where did you want me to put them? Again she didn't answer then she said and there's candy wrappers on the floor. I said mamm, my two sons ate Welcher's fruit snacks and the wrappers are on the floor. They are kids. There was no garbage bag because it was full a day ago so I took the garbage out myself the day before and no one came in our room at all to clean or tidy it up in the 2.5 days we were there. Not once did anyone check on our room or bring any trash bags or clean toweis. So when I started asking her why was she charging me a cleaning fee. The room itself was not dirty at all. There was no food, trash or anything wrong with that room besides the bed being unmade. Her response was I'm not gonna argue with you. I'm charging you a fee because it's gonna take her an extra hour to pick up the towels and clean the room. I let her know I was a manager for at an IHG HOTEL for 5 years and I've never seen, heard or treated anyone like that. Then she just walked off. I will be contacting corporate about it. After doing some research and reading reviews I see she has done this to several people who've stayed there. Many times. This hotel charges you extra money for any reason at all. I've never seen anything like this. The fact that I kept my mouth shut about being put in a smelly room with no shower and no housekeeping during any point of my stay to then charge me ext

The Mainstay Suites in Chatanooga TN was a great place to stay for a night. The rooms were big and spacious, comfy, soft beds and a nice kitchen for cooking away from home. There was even this nice red couch for hanging out on. There isn't any breafkast in the morning, but they are located next to plenty of great places to scope out.

SSJC30215This hotel is aging, but much nicer than the prices suggest. There were stains on the hall carpet (but people are slobs and may have dumped their cokes yesterday) and some maintenance issues like the broken USB ports on one bedside table. The AC in our room (and the two others we were allowed to check) were quite loud and rattley. But I still had the best night of sleep I've had in months. The front desk people were very nice and helpful. Breakfast included hot options. The location was excellent for the things we were visiting (Racoon Mountain cavern and the Incline Railway). Adjust your expectations for the price point and be pleasantly surprised.

MMary Rose AThe room had recently been updated and was very clean. Nice laminate floors instead of old carpeting, nice thick firm mattress, great tv, fridge, etc and a wonderful hot shower with water pressure. We could not hear anyone in the rooms next to us but we did hear outside when people arrived. That was our only slight negative. Breakfast was typical of other ”like” motels, pancakes, waffles, cereal, coffee, juice, but in a very tight area of the office, although there was plenty of seating outside the buffet room. Overall, a nice, clean, safe motel at $63. Too bad taxes took it up to $87.

If I could rate this hotel a minus 10 I would. When we arrived at the hotel to check in the clerk was very rude. When we asked to check the room out he gave us a key to a room. My wife and I went and checked it out, it wasn’t the cleanest hotel room that we’ve stayed in but we said that it would do. When we went back to finish the check in process the clerk took back the key of the room that we had checked out and gave us the key to another room. When I questioned him on why he said that the room we had checked was a disability room and that we were not disabled. We then asked if we could check out the new room he said no that we had already checked out a room. I then told him that I was not going to accept a room that I had not checked out. He became very rude and started speaking in a language that I did not understand. After several minutes of arguing back and forth about the reason for and not allowing us to check the different room, I told him that we were not going to stay there and to cancel our reservations.

Great Value! Central location super close to the interstate and walking distance to several restaurants and bars. Would walk in the daytime but taxi/uber at night. Friendly staff. Well appointed room with mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, hair dryer, drop zone with an area to sit, store shoes and lots of hooks to hang coats and bags. Beds were comfortable. Room was clean. Generous complimentary breakfast with sausage, eggs, cereals, bagels, biscuits and gravy, yogurt, waffles and juices. Private exterior courtyard on side of hotel with tables and chairs. Hotel was a bit worn but renovations are underway. I would stay here again and recommend.

GGuest UserIch war fast eine Woche in La Quinta in Hixson für eine Geschäftsreise. Cindy und Mary waren ganz schön, während ich hier war und sicherte, dass mein Aufenthalt in jeder Hinsicht zufriedenstellend war. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber sowie die Queen Suite, in der wir verblieben. Sie hatten auch eine große Frühstücksauswahl, die gut gepflegt wurde. Ich würde sicherlich hier nochmal bleiben und anderen Geschäftskunden empfehlen.

the hotel I was supposed to stay in was overbooked so they recommended I move to this location. I arrived at 2:00 am tired and frustrated only to find out the booking was incorrect and made for the following night. The young lady at the desk took it on herself to speedily correct the situation , offered me a late check out and ensured I was in the room within 15 mins of arrival. I don’t usually leave reviews but I had to as this was above and beyond
