We stayed for one night at DoubleTree by Hilton. Upon check-in, we were welcomed by the signature DoubleTree chocolate cookie. It was declious but unforunately, not really warm. We booked a terrace room with sea view and it was large and very comfortable. The package we booked came with a 90-minute buffet dinner at Hilton Hotel, which was scrumptious and we got to try many signature Okinawan dishes. As a DoubeTree guest, we could only use the facilities in Hilton and we joint their sunset yoga class. The instructor was very friendly. It was conducted in Japanese, but body language matters the most in terms of sprots. Believe it or not? It was my first time trying yoga and the experience was pleasant in general. We also tried their buffet breakfast. The range of selection for food was wide and I recalled that they even had soft serve. The quality was good and worth trying. There was also a Lawson convenience store around the corner and the hotel was very conveniently to the seaside. If I have to pick on one thing about the hotel, I hope that there will be more activities for hotel guests to join and there could be counters selling desserts like sliced cakes for hotel guests :-) All in all, I really enjoyed my stay at DoubleTree and will definitely join again!

Das Hotel ist sehr neu und groß. Das Zimmer liegt zum Meer und die Aussicht ist sehr gut. Der Service war sehr gut. Der Rezeptionist sagte mir geduldig, wohin ich mit dem Shuttlebus von American Village nach Asahibashi fahren sollte. Der Onkel von der Technikabteilung eilte herbei, um nachzusehen Vor der Abreise war das kein Problem. Als er den Raum betrat, überprüfte er speziell meine Schuhe und nutzte eine Übersetzungssoftware, um mit mir zu kommunizieren, was den gesamten Prozess reibungslos gestaltete. Daumen hoch.

Nice and quiet location near American Village. I was assigned a lower-floor harbour view room which looks over the carpark in front of the hotel. Hotel staff was kind to move me to a higher floor room at my request. Nice breakfast, comfortable room and decent facilities. Only thing to complain about is probably the gym (little equipment).

Comfortable hotel. Next to American village and only 2 minutes walk yo the Depot seaside. Beach next to it is not very clean but super easy to access. Room is really big compared to other hotels in Okinawa. Suitable for family guests. Pool access need to be charged so we didn’t go. Looking forward to go again to try their onsen :-)

The location was in the perfect spot, close to shopping, restaurants and the water. The amenities were great, but just be prepared to pay to gain access to the pool it is not part of the package. The food and the cost of breakfast were the only downfalls. Otherwise, this was an awesome first experience in Okinawa! Loved it!

As limited supply of single room, book earlier to ensure you get it in a reasonable price. You can try different local food during the buffet breakfast or buffet lunch. The choice of tea is in a large variety in the morning. Nice free coupon for spa nearby. The outside temperature control pool was perfect even in the windy day. 1000yen shopping coupon per day was also marvellous as the stores provided a nearly full range of products in reasonable price. Zusammen mit meinem Mann und meiner Tochter blieben wir 1 Woche in diesem schönen Hotel. Es wurde letztes April 2021 gerade eröffnet. Alles war perfekt. Wir sind dem Besitzer und dem gesamten Personal sehr dankbar. Sie waren sehr professionell, freundlich und wirklich hilfreich. Victor, Yumi, Olivier, Oscar und Anca waren immer da, um sicherzustellen, dass alles in Ordnung ist während unseres Aufenthalts. Sie gab uns leckere Kreuzungen mit Kaffee und Getränken zum Frühstück, obwohl es nicht während unserer Buchung erwähnt wurde. Alle Zimmer kommen mit Blick auf den Ozean. Der Sonnenuntergang aus dem Zimmer ist spektakulär und sehr romantisch. Alles, was wir tun wollen, sobald wir aufwachen, ist die Gärten zu öffnen und die Meeressicht zu genießen. Das Zimmer ist charmant mit einem tatami-ähnlichen Stock. Das Badezimmer ist geräumig. Das Internet ist sehr zuverlässig. Der Schwimmbad auf dem Dach bietet einen Panoramablick. Das Hotel liegt in einer ruhigen, familienfreundlichen Gegend und nur 15 Minuten zu Fuß vom amerikanischen Dorf entfernt, wo Sie die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und viele Restaurants finden können. Danke für die wunderbare Erfahrung. Wir werden niemals unsere Aufenthalte vergessen und werden Sie sicher bald wieder sehen.

Wir besuchten uns während unserer Reise nach Japan für die Rugby World Cup. Ich wähle es, als es ein bisschen ”quirky” sah und am Strand war. Ich hatte nicht erwartet, dass es so wunderschön sein würde, wie es war. Nach der Schuhbox Größenzimmer in Tokio wurden wir für den Raum vernichtet. Schöne Zimmer, alle Mod Cons und Ladungsraum. Wir hatten Glück, einen Bodenbodenraum zu haben, der direkt am Strand geöffnet wurde. Das Badezimmer und die Dusche waren luxuriös und Sie konnten keinen besseren Sport für einen schönen Sonnenuntergang wählen. Rezeption Mitarbeiter waren großartig - freundlich und sehr Hilfe.
