The hotel generally well located in the center next to the train station. That is convenient in order to walk to nearby attractions, but the hotel has no car parking so that guests are being directed to public overnight parking in the city center, which is anything but inexpensive. The hotel as such is perfectly acceptable with renovated rooms. We had a junior suite for two adults and one daughter, but when we arrived in the evening we first had to find someone to arrange for a bed for our daughter as the room was set up only for two. Walls are rather thin here so you have little insulation and can hear others well in neighboring rooms. That was not a problem for us as the hotel wasn't full and we stayed there for just one night, but perhaps is less ideal if you stay longer. There is typically only one staff member on duty, so service is not the greatest. We asked for directions to a nearby restaurant but the attendant didn't even know the place that was recommended throughout in all relevant directories, on Tripadvisor, etc. Breakfast is fully self-service, including as to coffee with very basic prefabricated products, nothing special. What completely marred our experience is the fact that we had reserved and pre-paid our junior suite with breakfast included, yet at checkout were charged again separately for breakfast. That is perhaps a mistake that can happen, but was is COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE is the fact that the hotel when dark when we contacted them subsequently after having left and realized the additional charge. Not a single response to this date even after multiple messages/emails sent asking for correction of the mistake. Such behavior is completely unprofessional and not to be excused. Hence, we would recommend to stay away from this place and go elsewhere.

Schöne und sehr saubere Zimmer. Das Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen. Parkplatz in der Nähe zahlt aber bietet Ihnen Minuten direkt vor der Unterkunft (max. 20 min.). Das Frühstück ist verschieden (Frischfrüchtesalat, Salz und Zucker für alle Geschmacksempfehlungen (Schädigung für Industrieorangensaft). Die Speisekarte ist am oberen Rand. Besondere Angabe für die Person am Rezeption am 14. August am Nachmittag (sehr gut Sie sind wirklich schöne und glückliche Berufsberater.

My husband and i were looking forward to staying at the Novotel as we had planned to stay in 2020 and couldn't travel, there was plenty of free car parking and the lady on reception was very nice and efficient but that was the best of it. The room was nice enough but a separate toilet was unusual, there was only enough coffee etc for one drink in a paper cup. The shower plug hole was blocked and started to overflow the tray so could only have a very brief shower in the morning. TV was good but only CNN in English. We decided to eat in the restaurant after going into the town centre on the bus as it was too far to walk, and we were very disappointed with the quality of the food and the service, quite expensive and we were asked if we wanted the desert menu but waited until we realized we weren't going to get it and left. Breakfast was ok but also disappointing. Check out was good. It's probably a good choice for a stopover as just off the motorway but unless you go into the centre there isn't much choice for dinner.

Wir reisen nach England zurück und dieses Hotel war perfekt gelegen. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war geräumig und die Dusche war hervorragend. A night stop over booked on line for two rooms. No problems at all. Easy to find with secure parking behind the hotel (€10 for 24 hours) Comfortable rooms with all that is needed for one night though having your own kettle is an advantage. Comfortable bed and good shower with plenty of hot water. Staff were friendly and helpful with advice on local amenities. Only a 15 minute walk to the Cathedral and the centre of town. Restaurants tend to be expensive in the centre so we ate at the hotel. A good quality satisfying meal with good service. A good range of food for breakfast completed a great stay.

Dies ist ein neues Hotel mit sehr guter Ausstattung der Zimmer. Die kleine Küchenzeile ist gut ausgestattet und sehr nützlich. Das Zentrum von Chartres ist bequem in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Alles war makellos. Das Frühstück bot ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Der Parkplatz ist etwas verwirrend, aber wenn Sie vorfahren, gibt es eine Gegensprechanlage, die Sie mit der Rezeption verbindet. Wir parkten auf einem Behindertenparkplatz und stellten unser Auto dann nach dem Einchecken in die Tiefgarage. Für die Nutzung des Aufzugs benötigen Sie eine Schlüsselkarte. Daher bin ich mir nicht sicher, wie Sie zur Rezeption gelangen würden, wenn Sie zuerst geparkt hätten, aber ich Ich bin mir sicher, dass es einen Weg gibt.

Haben in vielen Budget-Hotels geblieben, aber die Zimmer hier wirklich die kleinste gefunden, die Dusche war außergewöhnlich klein. Normalerweise sauber, aber sehr müde. Die Wände waren Papier dünn, konnte die Konversation klar neben der Tür hören, sie schrieen nicht. Wir fanden die Betten hart, ich leide aus einem schlechten Rücken, so dass wenn Sie tun und nicht harte Betten nehmen können warnt. Ich habe keinen Schlaf! Einige Pillows schüchtern und verbrannt konnten mit der Ersetzung. Auch mein Mann fand das Bett ein Problem in diesem Hotel, das er normalerweise nie beschweren. Die Heizung des Strahlers war gut, es war eine extrem kalte Nacht. Aber früh am Abend war das Badwasser nicht wirklich warm, aber es war viel besser später. Bei der Ankunft des Empfangsmanns war er sehr freundlich und ich bat um eine zusätzliche Kuchen, die in Minuten angekommen ist. Das Frühstück hat keine Ähnlichkeit mit den Bildern auf einigen Seiten ... In der Tat war ich zuerst sehr wenig gesehen, aber ich habe gesagt, dass die verantwortliche Dame wieder sehr freundlich schnell etwas rausbrachte und ausgefüllt. Käse, Hanf und Butter in einem kleinen Kühlschrank gehalten und Brot und Kuchen waren sehr frisch. Eine Basisfranzösisches Hotel Frühstück. Finden Sie das Hotel ....Gut die Sat Nav liebt die lange Reise und es ist zuerst verwirrend. Ein Fall, dass Sie sich erinnern, wenn Sie um die Rückseite gehen, ist es links von Courtpaille Restaurant, versteckt zwischen Gebäuden oder man endet auf der Hauptstraße, die eine doppelte Straßenbahn ist. Wir würden nicht mehr hier bleiben.

De retour sur Chartres nous avons voulu visiter cet hôtel que nous connaissions déjà sous son ancienne enseigne. Quelle surprise en entrant ! Tout a été refait avec beaucoup de goût dans un style très ” maison ” . La décoration est très réussie. Nous avons été formidablement accueillis par la petite réceptionniste que nous connaissions déjà, et qui me voyant avec une béquille, nous a attribué une chambre au RDC sans que nous ayons rien à demander. Accueil chaleureux, plein d'humour et d'empathie... et surtout efficace! Le petit déjeuner vous fait découvrir des produits de la région, un délice ! Toujours pas de climatisation, mais comme l'hôtel se veut écologiquement responsable, cela est cohérent.

We had a junior suite for two adults and one daughter, but when we arrived in the evening we first had to find someone to arrange for a bed for our daughter as the room was set up only for two. Walls are rather thin here so you have little insulation and can hear others well in neighboring rooms. That was not a problem for us as the hotel wasn't full and we stayed there for just one night, but perhaps is less ideal if you stay longer. There is typically only one staff member on duty, so service is not the greatest. We asked for directions to a nearby restaurant but the attendant didn't even know the place that was recommended throughout in all relevant directories, on Tripadvisor, etc. Breakfast is fully self-service, including as to coffee with very basic prefabricated products, nothing special. What completely marred our experience is the fact that we had reserved and pre-paid our junior suite with breakfast included, yet at checkout were charged again separately for breakfast. That is perhaps a mistake that can happen, but was is COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE is the fact that the hotel when dark when we contacted them subsequently after having left and realized the additional charge. Not a single response to this date even after multiple messages/emails sent asking for correction of the mistake. Such behavior is completely unprofessional and not to be excused. Hence, we would recommend to stay away from this place and go elsewhere.

My husband and i were looking forward to staying at the Novotel as we had planned to stay in 2020 and couldn't travel, there was plenty of free car parking and the lady on reception was very nice and efficient but that was the best of it. The room was nice enough but a separate toilet was unusual, there was only enough coffee etc for one drink in a paper cup. The shower plug hole was blocked and started to overflow the tray so could only have a very brief shower in the morning. TV was good but only CNN in English. We decided to eat in the restaurant after going into the town centre on the bus as it was too far to walk, and we were very disappointed with the quality of the food and the service, quite expensive and we were asked if we wanted the desert menu but waited until we realized we weren't going to get it and left. Breakfast was ok but also disappointing. Check out was good. It's probably a good choice for a stopover as just off the motorway but unless you go into the centre there isn't much choice for dinner.

Wir reisen nach England zurück und dieses Hotel war perfekt gelegen. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war geräumig und die Dusche war hervorragend. Das Bett war für mich ein wenig Firma, aber passte meinem Mann an. Es gab viele gute Qualitätsküken. Das Frühstücksbuffet war gut. Wir würden hier nochmal bleiben.

Dies ist ein neues Hotel mit sehr guter Ausstattung der Zimmer. Die kleine Küchenzeile ist gut ausgestattet und sehr nützlich. Das Zentrum von Chartres ist bequem in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Alles war makellos. Das Frühstück bot ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Der Parkplatz ist etwas verwirrend, aber wenn Sie vorfahren, gibt es eine Gegensprechanlage, die Sie mit der Rezeption verbindet. Wir parkten auf einem Behindertenparkplatz und stellten unser Auto dann nach dem Einchecken in die Tiefgarage. Für die Nutzung des Aufzugs benötigen Sie eine Schlüsselkarte. Daher bin ich mir nicht sicher, wie Sie zur Rezeption gelangen würden, wenn Sie zuerst geparkt hätten, aber ich Ich bin mir sicher, dass es einen Weg gibt.

De retour sur Chartres nous avons voulu visiter cet hôtel que nous connaissions déjà sous son ancienne enseigne. Quelle surprise en entrant ! Tout a été refait avec beaucoup de goût dans un style très ” maison ” . La décoration est très réussie. Nous avons été formidablement accueillis par la petite réceptionniste que nous connaissions déjà, et qui me voyant avec une béquille, nous a attribué une chambre au RDC sans que nous ayons rien à demander. Accueil chaleureux, plein d'humour et d'empathie... et surtout efficace! Le petit déjeuner vous fait découvrir des produits de la région, un délice ! Toujours pas de climatisation, mais comme l'hôtel se veut écologiquement responsable, cela est cohérent.

Schöne und sehr saubere Zimmer. Das Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen. Parkplatz in der Nähe zahlt aber bietet Ihnen Minuten direkt vor der Unterkunft (max. 20 min.). Das Frühstück ist verschieden (Frischfrüchtesalat, Salz und Zucker für alle Geschmacksempfehlungen (Schädigung für Industrieorangensaft). Die Speisekarte ist am oberen Rand. Besondere Angabe für die Person am Rezeption am 14. August am Nachmittag (sehr gut Sie sind wirklich schöne und glückliche Berufsberater.

Wir kamen nach Mitternacht, aber es war jemand zur Verfügung, um uns zu überprüfen. Sie waren sehr freundlich und glücklich trotzdem, dass es so spät war. Das Zimmer war absolut gut. Es war sauber und komfortabel & Idee für einen Übernachtungsurlaub. Das Bad & Dusche waren sauber und die Handtücher waren angemessen. Frühstück am nächsten Morgen war gut mit viel Auswahl für den Wert. Das Hotel ist nicht leicht zu finden, wie andere in früheren Bewertungen erwähnt haben, es ist es wert, einen Spaziergang auf Google-Karten zu machen, so dass Sie sehen, wie man es durch Autoparks anderer Unternehmen zu erreichen.
