Ich reise ein paar Mal im Jahr, bin Hilton Honors Mitglied, und bevorzuge Hotels innerhalb der Hilton-Gruppe. Aber ich bin immer bereit, auch nicht-Hilton Hotels zu versuchen! Pros - das Hotel ist sicher, das Front Desk Personal (Lolly und Phil) sind wirklich freundlich und hilfreich, es gibt komplimentarische Gourmet-Kaffee im Lobby, das Zimmer war sauber, und das Badezimmer war schön und sauber und mit Neutrogena Toiletten gespeichert. Die ganze Nahrung im nächsten Block half mir, gesunde Mahlzeiten zu bekommen, die ich mit der Mikrowelle in meinem Zimmer vorbereitet habe. Das Konventszentrum ist über die Straße. Cons - es ist einfach, das Hotel von außen zu verpassen, und das komplimentäre Frühstück ist starr! Insgesamt genossen ich meinen Aufenthalt im Home2Suites Charlotte Uptown. Es ist ein hervorragendes Hotel mit freundlichem Personal, und ich würde dort wieder bleiben, wenn ich nach Charlotte zurückkehren musste.

Liebe meinen Aufenthalt hier! Besonders das freundliche Personal vom singen Wanda zum Frühstück zu Sam und Besatzung in der Bar für Getränke. Ann Kristen Tyrone und Mary stellen sicher, dass Sie alle auch mit einem Lächeln aufpassen. Gemütliche Zimmer und eine tolle Lage zum Konferenzzentrum und viele Restaurants in der Nähe zu Fuß. Wir würde sicherlich wieder bleiben!

Insgesamt haben wir unseren Aufenthalt genossen. Die Lage war günstig zum Einkaufen und Essen. Das Hotel und das Zimmer hätten etwas sauberer sein können, insbesondere während COVID-19. Es gab eine halbe gebrauchte Toilettenpapierrolle und keine zusätzliche Rolle im Badezimmer. Es gab auch keine Handseife.

I recently stayed at the JW Marriott Charlotte, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The hotel’s modern design and luxurious amenities provided a perfect backdrop for a relaxing getaway. My room was spacious, impeccably clean, and offered stunning views of the city. The staff was outstanding, but I want to give a special shoutout to Minho. His attention to detail and genuine hospitality made my stay even more memorable. He went above and beyond to ensure all my needs were met, from offering local recommendations to ensuring I had everything I needed during my stay. The hotel’s dining options were top-notch, with a diverse menu that satisfied all my cravings. Overall, I highly recommend the JW Marriott Charlotte for anyone looking for a luxurious stay in the heart of the city. Thank you, Minho, for your exceptional service! I can’t wait to return.

Wir lieben dieses Hotel!! Die Ansichten sind unschlagbar, die Lage konnte nicht besser sein, das Personal ist nett, die Liste geht weiter. Wir prüften wirklich spät (aufrichtig 4am Mittwoch, als wir vor der Nacht dort waren, aber niemand schien geirrt und die Mitarbeiter war wunderbar.) Ich konnte dieses Hotel nicht empfehlen genug. Ich habe ein Bild aus dem Bett des Sonnenaufganges enthalten!!

Das Zimmer war super klein, obwohl ich das “großere” Königszimmer reserviert habe. Es war sehr komfortabel. Wir blieben nur 6 oder 7 Stunden auf unserer Reise durch Charlotte NC. So für einen Ort, nur schlafen, war es großartig.

First off, it was completely not listed with IHG as being under construction. The lobby is closed, and there is no common area in the lobby, minus the restaurant, which does not open until 5pm. Front desk and staff are extremely kind. That’s the whole reason for the 2 stars. In terms of room - I’m currently sitting here trying to find us a different hotel to move to. First off, we have Platinum Elite status with IHG. I completely understand upgrades are subject to availability, and the hotel is busy this weekend. However, I would have expected to be put into a room that wouldn’t typically go to a Priceline customer. Our view is all of the mechanical roof. But, I have a hard time complaining too much about it, as the windows are so dirty, you can barely see the air ducts and other roof equipment. Out of the faucet, room temperature is the only option. Cold and hot don’t work. I needed a little warm water, so used the Keurig to heat some up and - 🤢. Just gross and dirty. The floor and beds appear clean, but overall, the room is drab and disappointing. Given how filthy some parts are though, we certainly won’t be going barefoot here. Had stayed here years ago for a wedding and it was fine. If I’d known it was being renovated, I would have certainly picked somewhere else. My suggestion - pick a different hotel for your visit to Charlotte! We’re flying down for 3 more games this season, and will definitely be staying elsewhere!

I stayed at this hotel for a business trip it was a little bit of confusion as I had booked at the wrong property but was able to get it changed to this location with help from the front desk staff They were friendly and had no issue with helping me correct that. I went to the bar area for drinks and dinner the bartender was great she had a group of about 50 but still manage to take care of them and the few others that wasn't part of the group so kiddos for that. My only complaint is the fruit flies in the area but she made something to try to capture them. The room was nice so overall a great stay and I will stay again

The hotel was nice, and quiet, didn't hear doors slamming throughout the night like most hotels. Was told it was only 4 blocks from the convention center. Was actually like 10 blocks. Parking was a little over priced at $45. The valet never sent call links and it took 25-30 min to get our truck sometimes then they expected a tip as those links didn't seem to have any trouble getting through to my phone. Parking/valet would prob be my least favorite about the hotel. Breakfast was spot on! The staff were incredible in the breakfast area. Especially one lady I wish I had her name. My sone was getting over a chest cold and she made him a Honey Lemon Tea.

Ich habe in dieser Unterkunft 3 Nächte für eine Layout für meinen nächsten Flug geblieben. Ich bin sehr gemütlich über die Reinigung eines Hotels, insbesondere. Diese Unterkunft war super sauber von der Ankunft und der Einreise sehr willkommen. Mein Zimmer war spotless und das Bett war extrem komfortable. Ich schlief gut. Das komplimentäre Frühstück war ausgezeichnet und es gab eine Vielzahl von Artikeln zu wählen. Die Präsentation des Essens und des Essensbereichs waren beide willkommen. Ich würde hier sicher immer wieder bleiben und würde dieses Hotel, das auch einen Flughafenshuttle hat und ziemlich nahe an Orten, an denen Sie fahren müssen oder Uber zu empfehlen.

I stayed at the Embassy Suites this past weekend for a conference and all of the staff were pleasant and professional. The facility is beautiful and well maintained…. I must give a special shout out and thanks to Jada who Works the front desk with elegance, grace & compassion. She went above and beyond not just for me but o witnessed her being just as courteous and professional with another guest. She made our experience that much better. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for Jada.

SSkykissmaggie Besser als gedacht. Die Lage ist sehr gut, neben dem Essen ist es bequem, es gibt Schweinefleisch und McDonald's. Auch in der Nähe von Charlotte ist das Frühstück normal, es gibt keinen Geschmack.

As I have said in previous reviews, my frugal husband has a strange loyalty to Red Roof Inns, and they are often clean and comfortable and most importantly, dog friendly. This one was neither clean nor comfortable and despite the name, it is also not in the University area. It is in a sketchy industrial area amidst a bunch of trucking companies. When we checked in, I went to use the restroom and noticed that the floor looked dirty. I wiped the floor with a damp washcloth and it not only came away brown, but also wiped up actual chunks of dirt. I mentioned this to the gentleman on duty (it was evening), who was very apologetic, and said that the cleaning people were gone for the day but would definitely make sure it was clean in the morning. Long story short, that did not happen, and the floor remained disgusting. Please see my photos which show the dirty floor, the nasty old shower seat, the light switch and refrigerator which have clearly not been cleaned in a very long time, much less sanitized. The hallway had a stronger smell of **** than my son’s high school car, and in the evenings it would seep into our room. The TV is very small and very old. The deadbolt in our room did not work at all. The air conditioning system was approximately as loud as a jet engine, but it did block any noise from the hall. I am a wheelchair user and booked an accessible room, so I will describe the accessibility features in case anyone makes the ill-advised choice to book here. The “accessible“ entrance is up a small ramp which ends directly at the door which has to be opened outward. A wheelchair user must be able to simultaneously avoid rolling backwards down the hill while pulling the heavy door open. Inside that door is a key card access door to the lobby. There was plenty of space in the room itself to maneuver, and the floors are laminate. Beds are an appropriate height for manual wheelchair users. Lighting above the bed is impossible to reach without standing beside the bed or kneeling on the bed. The bathroom sink is a little high, but I was able to see in the mirror and to brush my teeth. There are rails behind and to the right of the toilet, but it is not possible to maneuver a wheelchair parallel to the toilet. There is a shower over the tub and a low built-in seat on the far end of the tub, BUT the bathroom door opens inward, and once my wheelchair was in the bathroom it was not possible to close the door so that I could get into the shower/tub. Seriously, give this one a pass.

Their service sucks I reserved a room and when I called to let them know that I’ll be there at 10pm for my shuttle to pickup the guy said they have stopped the shuttle service and hung up. I immediately canceled the booking. Still they had charged me for my room which I never stayed also they had mentioned that they do shuttle service from the airport. When I tried calling to inquire about the payment the guy was like oh and went silent was not replying to me I had to hang up and call back but they had blocked my number or something. This is so frustrating. Terrible customer service.

JJahad BI have been to this hotel maybe 5 times. Twice since the new renovation. Every time I come Suhdeer the front desk manager has been amazing! The breakfast is great as well as housekeeping. Definitely will be returning!
