From the moment we walked in, we were impressed with the staff. We were greeted by the front desk staff who were extremely helpful and made the check in process seamless. I had difficulty with my key at the elevator twice, and one of the staff showed me what I was doing wrong but handled it in a way that did not make me feel that I was totally incompetent. LOL. He was incredibly gracious. Both he and another young lady at the desk were always checking on us when we arrived or left. They were so personable and fun. I cannot say enough great things about them. They sent up an extra blanket within minutes of asking! The room was a little tight and it does need a little TLC. However, it was extremely clean and the furniture was in great shape. I thought the bed was very comfortable, but my husband did not. But we fight that battle at home. I loved that the bathroom vanity was separate from the shower and toilet. It allowed two of us to get ready simultaneously. The shower head was fantastic with great water flow. The lighting at the vanity was not great, so ladies bring a mirror and sit on the sofa to apply makeup. The light is better there. There is also very little drawer space, so bring extra hangers to hang your clothes if needed. The location is fantastic. It is close to anywhere you need to go downtown Charlotte. We stayed at the Hilton the last time we were in town, and it cannot come close to competing with the Marriot Courtyard. And the Marriott is almost half the cost. I would highly recommend this hotel over the competition!

Für den Preis, es tat den Trick für einen ein-nachtigen Aufenthalt. Es war nicht schmutzig, und sie haben mein Zimmer als Gold Bonvoy-Mitglied aktualisiert, aber die Lage lässt ein wenig zu wünschen und der Platz war fast leer. Was mich wirklich aus der Wachdienste genommen hat, ist, dass jedes Hotel, das ich wohne, auch der billigste unter ihnen, morgens kostenlos Kaffee hat, auch wenn sie nicht Frühstück servieren. Nicht hier. Sie haben eine Bar, wo Sie es nur kaufen können. Das macht mich betrübt, es gibt einen Starbucks über die Straße, so ging ich dorthin und kaufte es (obwohl ich ihren Kaffee hasse). Wie billig muss Ihr Hotel sein, um Ihre Gäste für einen Morgenkaffe bezahlen zu lassen? Oh, gut, wenn ich nächstes Mal in Charlotte ins Büro komme, werde ich woanders bleiben.

Stayed here at the Billy Graham Courtyard in Charlotte . The accommodations and customer service here is amazing ! Jese checked me in and got me in right away. Her customer service was very welcoming and explained the whole layout of the hotel very well so I wouldn’t get lost or need to ask questions where anything is. She’s truly a great receptionist. Will definitely be staying her again and recommend all my friends !

The hotel was clean and appeared to be newly renovated. We liiked that! We were disappointed that the Bistro was only open 1 of the 5 nights that we stayed. The hours were posted to be open until 10, but it was not. The a/c in the rooms was difficult to regulate. Maybe it was us, but we put it at 70 and it was way too cold. Put it at 73 and it it was warm . So inconsistent The room itself was large but the toilet and shower room was small as were the sink and closet. Not much storage in the dresser either. I realize that this is not the fault of this Courtyard, and is the layout of this particular place. Also disappointed that no breakfast vouchers were offered. We are usually given those when we stay at Marriotts where no free breakfasts are provided. We did ask, and were told no. Our stay was definitely adequate, but not our favorite.

Super freundliches und professionelles Personal. Räumliche und sehr saubere Zimmer. Große Preise und sehr viel einen Wert. Wird in Zukunft hier viele mehr Male bleiben. Eines meiner neuen Lieblingshotels. Bequem zum Flughafen. Wird wieder hier bleiben und Mike in Richtung Rückkehr.
