Hat eine wunderbare Zeit, blieb am Hafen Marina, für die meisten war alles ausgezeichnet. Meine einzige Beschwerde ist, dass unser Zimmer nicht aufgefrischt und musste den Vordertisch zu verlangen, um sicherzustellen, es war gemacht, auch ein Puddle in Zimmer aus AC, aber einmal berichtet, es war sofort repariert. Das Fischhaus nur unglaublich, $1 Oysters am Dienstag! Die Scallops und risotto aus dieser Welt und Maisbrot in einer Skill Beste, die ich je hatte! Und liebte Johnny bei der Bridge Bar, super freundlich, schön, lustig und großartig Service. Große Getränke und nur eine tolle Atmosphäre. Ein Vorschlag wäre schön, 1 frühe Zeit täglich für Shuttle ohne Shuttle bis 2pm jeden Tag musste Wassertaxi jeden Tag nehmen, nur ein Gedanke! Kann nicht warten, um zurück zu kommen und im Strandclub zu bleiben!

We absolutely love this hotel & have stayed here anytime we come to Charleston. It’s nice because it’s away from the craziness of downtown and gives off resort vibes. The staff is wonderful. Tonya Williams at the front desk is always so helpful. She goes above & beyond to make sure her guests are completely satisfied & happy. Hotel Indigo is lucky to have her.

Das Hotel war sehr sauber, das Frühstück war ein großes Buffet und es gab Vorsichtsmaßnahmen für covid-19, das Essen war groß - es gab einige vorverpackte Lebensmitteloptionen sowie erhitzte Behälter von Essen mit Schrauben über ihnen. Das Zimmer war sauber mit frischen Linen und einem komfortablen Bett, viel Lagerung und großes Licht. Das Personal war super freundlich - wir checkten in ca. 2:30 Uhr wegen einer langen Fahrt und sie waren über die gesamte Situation zufrieden. Die Schlüsselkarten wurden abgewischt, bevor sie uns gegeben wurden. Andere Gäste trugen keine Maske in den gemeinsamen Bereichen, für uns war es nicht die größte Situation wegen Gesundheitsproblemen, aber andere können es nicht interessieren.

Ich war super zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt! Wir hatten einen sehr vernünftigen Preis für unseren Aufenthalt, so dass ich ein wenig nervös war, um den Ort zu sehen und ich war so sehr glücklich, dass wir hier bleiben! Das Personal war großartig, das Hotel war sauber, und die Lage konnte nicht besser gewesen! Die einzige Beschwerde, die wir hatten, war der Aufzug dauernd genommen und war nicht klimatisiert, so dass wir die Schritte, die die Treppen sind auch nicht klimatisiert. Sie hatten die Pflege Leute Malereiräume und Türen, die den Ort wunderschön halten, so dass sie sicherlich um das Aussehen kümmern und sie Gäste so hoffentlich können sie in naher Zukunft helfen... Ich sah auf einen verrückten Über Orte vor unserer Buchung und ich lese Bewertungen auf jeden einzelnen so hoffe ich, jemand anderen mit der Gewissheit zu helfen, dass dies ein toller Ort zu bleiben! 5 Sterne!

I checked into the tru by Hilton on Sunday July 21, 2024. I was greeted by Chandra who was pleasant and made the check in a breeze. Upon my checkout date I decided to make another reservation for the following day July 22,2024 I was then assisted by Dorris . She told me to enter my card and I was charged a pending payment of 183.00 including my deposit. Upon trying to issue a key Dorris was not able to for the system prompted her to take another payment from me. Understanding the payment had just been approved by the processor she advised that she was going to get help from Chandra on what happened. Around 30 minutes later I was told to come downstairs to talk to the general manager Matthew Brummett. He explained he couldn’t see the transaction on his side and then asked me to show him it pending on my banks side, I showed him he assured me he would get to the bottom of it and sent me to the room. As hours passed later on that evening came downstairs to ask Chandra the status of my room. Hilton had already tried to run my card an additional 3x. She assured me that she didn’t know what was going on but they were getting to the bottom of it and my reservation was fine. On my checkout date today Tuesday July 23,2024 I came downstairs and asked Dorris if she had an update on my stay for my card was continuously trying to get charged, she assured me Matt would be in by 9ams advised I talked to him. Ashley 9 am approached I went downstairs to speak to Matt. Before I could ask what happened he told me he didn’t want to hear what I had to say he demanded I made a payment or he would “call the police on me for fraud” (Dorris was present for this interaction and it can be verified) I explained to him that I would make the payment Hilton was trying to authorized but I asked him to provide me with some tangible reassurance such as a receipt that my 183.00 would be returned to my account. Irate he told me that I was trying to tell him how to do his job and I need to take it up with my bank but he would be calling the police. He told my I was committing fraud and indicated I was a criminal in front of not only staff but hotel guests. Then he advised Dorris to process my told me “call corporate “ and stormed off First of all. This is NO WAY TO TREAT ANYONE AT ALL. I never raised my voice became combative or aggressive . As a manager he exuded very poor emotional maturity as well as communication. I showed him where I was charged and asked for a receipt proving that pending transaction would fall off, as I would make the payment of 158.17 and since he couldn’t he not only threatened me, and BELITTLED MY CHARACTER IMPLYING I WAS A CRIMINAL AND BREAKING A LAW but REFUSED TO GIVE ME ANY EXPLANATION .THROWING HIS HANDS UP , using intimidation of the police for a glitch. Die Lage perfekt zu den Plantagen und nach Downtown Charleston. Das Zimmer angenehm groß und mit allem ausgestattet, was ich brauchte. Allerdings ist die Beleuchtung nicht sehr hell, ja gerade zu schwach. Der größte Kritikpunkt ist aber die Klimaanlage, die nicht auszustellen geht. Dies ist ein absolutes No-go, denn ich bin ein mündiger Mensch und bin selbst in der Lage zu entscheiden, ob ich diese an oder lieber ausgeschaltet möchte. Zudem hat sie getan, was sie wollte (heizen und kühlen mit einer mega Geräuschkulisse). Und der Techniker hat alles nur verschlimmbessert, denn danach hat sie regelmäßig in den Turbogang geschaltet mit enormem Gebläse und noch lauter als sonst. Absolut nicht hinnehmbar. Schade, für das ansonsten gute Hotel.

I would say avoid this place at all costs. I arrived at the hotel, I would say between 10 and 11 PM and as I entered the lobby there was a stale musty skunk smell. I had booked a king non-smoking and when I got to the desk they switch me to 2 Queens. So the laundry was on the way so I stopped there first. I spent about 45 minutes to an hour and 15 minutes doing laundry. I then went over to the room and the moment I walked in the room I could tell it was dirty, really dirty! There was two queen beds against the wall barely enough room to walk to the bathroom. They had a futon in the middle of the room which was really hard to get around so I guess the room was supposed to sleep six people. It seem more like a spring break place. The room had two TVs and neither one of them worked. The towels were white but they look like they had been used in a mechanic shop because they were black stains in all of the towels. I also noticed there were several cups Of some kind of black liquid left on top of the refrigerator. I assume from the previous guests. I didn’t even stay in the room. When I went back up front to the desk it was pretty late after midnight and I could not find anybody. I then got in my vehicle and left. I booked this through the Wyndham‘s app and I notified them of my stay and how bad it was. I told them that I wanted to request a refund. Today I noticed I received an email I believe it was from someone from that specific hotel. They gave me the gibberish about oh you only had 30 minutes to decide if you wanted to stay or not and we can’t refund your money. That would’ve been nice but I didn’t get into the room until at least an hour and a half after I checked in. Then when I did go back up to the front desk there’s no one around. To be honest the clerk told me when I checked in that there had been people living there for 2 to 3 years so I’m believing that this might be a section 8 hotel but I really don’t know. What I do know is I’ve been driving a truck for 37 years and this is absolutely the most disgusting place I’ve ever seen. For your own health and safety I would not recommend this place at all. You’d be better getting a couple of blankets and sleeping up under a bridge.

I don't often stay at Marriott properties and I was hoping to have a good experience. This was not the case. I always do my research and check the reviews before staying at a property. With this place being one of the leading properties in the area, I felt it would be a good choice. Nope. I'll just get to the point. The cleanliness of our room was sub par. Obvious wear and tear around the room, there was soap scum/grime on the sink faucet, the bathtub looked very worn, there was very little toilet paper on the roll, the beds were not comfortable, the pillows were very flat, the TV was small and not centered in the room, the fridge barely kept anything cold at all, and there was no complimentary breakfast. Not in the least impressed. Won't be coming back.
