Jedes Wohnbereich im gesamten Hotel wurde perfekt gemacht. Sie können einen ganzen Wochenende nur in diesem Hotel verbringen und es ist Einrichtungen, wenn Sie wollen. Das Clubzimmer war ein zusätzlicher Bonus mit großer Service. Wenn sie nicht das Getränk, das ich in der Clubbar wollte, Dan ging aus und hat es für mich. 5 Sternenservice und Hotel.

Based on all the good reviews, I was looking forward to my stay here. However, I was extremely disappointed with this hotel. I didn’t realize how old the hotel is. I thought I was at the wrong location when I pulled into the parking lot. The room assigned to me had a musty smell, the bathroom sink was cracked and both door handles were separating from the bathroom door. The front desk lady offered to move me to another room when I mentioned the issues with the sink and door handles. My main purpose for bringing these issues to the front desk’s attention was to make sure they were aware of preexisting damage to the room so I would not be charged. I found out that they were already aware of these issues, but they are still renting the room as is. The lady at check in was cordial. However, the young lady at checkout needs additional customer service training. She was very rude. She did not smile when I approached her. She simply said “How can I help you?” in a nasty manner. After turning in my keys, she asked me if I wanted a receipt. I said “Yes, please.” She handed me my receipt. I said “Thank you.” She said absolutely nothing. How rude was that? The proper thing would have been to ask me how my stay was, thank me for staying there and to ask me to come again.

The room was clean as expected. The fact that they no longer clean and replace the towels daily was great to us. But for the price we paid we had the worst breakfast. I realize there is no kitchen in this facility and all they are capable of serving is pre made food that is reheated. However they have control over the quality of products. The worst eggs, not enough fruit for all the guests, the sausage and potatoes were also just warm. We have been staying at this hotel for twenty years since the family circle tennis which now is Credit one tennis was moved here. This will absolutely be our last stay.

Die Hotellobby und der Garten sind sehr schön, mit kostenlosem Eiswasser den ganzen Tag und der Sommer ist wirklich angenehm. Der Pool ist bis 10 Uhr abends geöffnet. Es ist ein bisschen klein. Es fühlt sich an, als würde man mit Wasser spielen und sich sonnen. Die Bedingungen sind sehr gut, mit Handtüchern. Gebucht ein Zweibettzimmer geeignet für drei Personen Zimmertyp und Preis, aber das Zimmer ist kleiner als die Vorstellung, können keine drei Personen schlafen, musste das Zimmer an der Rezeption bezahlen. Die Lage ist sehr gut und die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten rund um das Restaurant sind sehr praktisch. Parken, 39 Dollar pro Tag, Parkservice.

Das Personal am Frontdesk war ein wenig abnehmbar und Parkkosten $20/night. Frühstück nicht enthalten, aber es gibt ein Restaurant auf der Website. Für: - große Lage, in der Nähe von Attraktionen, Restaurants, Geschäfte - Wifi funktioniert gut - Zimmer sind relativ sauber aber ich fand ein paar Haare hier und dort - Zimmer sind groß genug - Einchecken ist am 4.00 Uhr offiziell, aber unser Zimmer war um 2.00 Uhr bereit, so dass wir anmelden konnten - mini fridge in room - Das Hotel ist schön eingerichtet und dekoriert - 24-hour Fitnesscenter - 2 Flaschen Wasser - Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer Kons: - Personal am Frontdesk könnte freundlicher gewesen sein - Bett zu weich und Pisten zu dick - A/C hat nicht richtig funktioniert.

What a charming place to stay! Very cozy!

Tanya was amazing and so incredibly welcoming and kind. Sue was a great bartender but what made her stand out was I was talking about my experience at breakfast and said how well the staff was she gave me a card and told me to review the morning staff so people knew what a great experience I had. I loved talking to her and she could make a delicious drink but I loved she was a person who cared about those she worked with!! Jim, the guest ambassador was also a pleasure. Mostly because I didn’t know he was an ambassador until after I asked to sign up for vacation club. The hotel was clean. Great location and staff was amazing.

Wonderful hotel - have stayed there multiple times over the past 10 years. Service is excellent and room quality is very good. We stay at the across-the-street location. Only complaints were the bag breakfast was not delivered one morning (wish they would go back to the seated breakfasts of the past) and the evening cookies were stale several evenings. The valet parking was very expensive, $49 per night, but the service was excellent. Would not ask for a better location - walking distance to all wonderful restaurants and many museums. Will certainly go back next year.

Ich hatte dieses Hotel gebucht, um abends als alleinreisende Frau nach dem Abendessen wieder schnell und sicher im Hotel zu sein. Direkt neben dem Hotel befinden sich die Markthallen. Leider besteht das Hotel aus zwei Teilen. Die Rezeption mit Valet Parking ist separat. Die Angestellten waren sehr sehr hilfsbereit. Ich hatte ein Innenraum-Zimmer, das in Nähe des Frühstücksraumes lag, gebucht. Für nur drei Nächte war das Zimmer trotz der tollen Lage einfach zu teuer. Das Zimmer selbst war wunderbar ausgestattet. Das Personal im Frühstücksraum, in dem man die Stadt übersehen kann und einen tollen Ausblick hat, war sehr zuvorkommend. Für den europäischen Geschmack war das opulente Buffet einfach zu süß. Die Toastscheiben viel zu dick und die Stücke im Obstsalat waren ca. 10 cm groß und hätten noch 3-4x durchgeschnitten werden müssen. Warum gibt es keinen einfach, abgepackten kalorienarmen Yoghurt? Warum bekommt man keinen einfachen Scheiben Käse oder Schinken? Ein Sorte hätte vollkommen gereicht. Für den Preis (fast USD 1.400) würde ich nicht noch einmal buchen.
