Charming. Friendly. So so comfortable. Thank you for having me! I was attending a wedding and your beautiful hotel kept me well rested and was my first glimpse of what a wonderful weekend it was going to be. Great location. Hang on the porch, by the pool, in your room! Easy walk to EVERYTHING!

The hotel was extremely charming and the rooms were well appointed with luxurious linens. The bed was so comfortable I kept asking my husband to get me those pillows. The breakfast HH are a nice touch. The staff was extremely friendly and we loved the ability to borrow the bikes! We would definitely stay here again.

Our stay at 86 Cannon was perfect. The buildings and pool are beautiful, and there’s so many thoughtful touches. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Every night we crawled into bed we said how comfortable and cozy the bed was! The breakfast and wine and cheese were lovely!

Second time visiting 86 Cannon. The home, turned small hotel, is beautifully designed maximizing the space while honoring the history of the property. The neighborhood has changed since my last visit with more shops and restaurants nearby. The location is wonderful for walking or biking to many great restaurants and shopping on King street or biking around The Battery. The staff is very gracious and has taken great care of us on both visits. The new pool area is fabulous. Highly recommend.

Staying at 86 Cannon Street was such a wonderful experience! I mentioned I had some food allergies and they made sure there were things for me to eat at breakfast and also at the wine and cheese event they have each evening. The heated pool is stunning. Besides the multiple decks and porches that are available for you to sit and relax, there is an outdoor area with tables that are next to a fountain which is so relaxing! I took one of the bikes they have available for their guests into town one day which was so fun. You can easily get to so many restaurants and walk to King St for shopping. Everyone there was so nice. I would highly recommend staying here and look forward to my next visit!

This was the perfect hotel for a couples Charleston weekend. The hotel was located in an ideal part of town where everything is close by while being out of the hustle and bustle of the main drag. The staff was friendly and attentive, the atmosphere was elevated and well appointed, and the accommodations were comfortable and full featured. We will certainly stay here again.

This hotel was by far one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. From champagne on arrival, being shown to our room, private parking in the back for only $29 a night and a brand new pool put in last month. The room surpassed even the photos I looked at prior to booking. The shower (I’ve included a photo) was what looked to be a brick chimney and the shower was built on the side of that. It stands alone in the middle of the bathroom. The essentials like shampoo, conditioner and body wash smelled absolutely wonderful. I will be looking up the brand when we get home and trying to buy some. The bed linen was supreme quality and so comfortable. The breakfast was unlike anything I’ve ever seen. English style with bread made locally, a new quiche kept warm every day, plain yogurt in a glass jar with fresh granola on the side as well as berries and I can’t forget the hard boiled eggs. It was perfect! It was close to a bagel shop which we loved and also a 7-9 minute walk to King Street. I would 110% go back to this amazing hotel. Thank you to the sweetest girl at the front desk! We miss it already!

Amazing stay, we celebrated my wife’s birthday, stayed in the bungalow room which was very cool, roomy, breakfast was yummy, the wine and cheese boards were awesome, concierge was friendly and had amazing recommendations for restaurants and activities! This was our second trip and we’re coming back for sure!!

Exceeded our expectations, exceptional in every way! The suite was beautiful and we especially loved the private courtyard patio. Great breakfast and the erving wine and cheese was a nice touch. Fantastic location with an easy walk to King St. We will be back soon.
