This hotel has complete facilities, the front desk has a good service, the room is very comfortable and clean. In particular, the manager, Mr Jian Zhang, is an excellent gentleman. He kindly gives the guests good instruction and customer service, helps the guests to resolve the problem. High recommend staying in this hotel.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The location has easy access to local attractions. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure all my needs were met. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with excellent service and amenities. I can’t wait to return!

Hotel room was clean and spacious. Breakfast spread was super impressive with good variety of dishes. Staff has been understanding and helpful when we requested for late check out due to change in flight schedule, thanks to hardworking 小冬! Wonderful stay , highly recommended when you’re in Chaozhou.

Hotel was very nice and the room was really spacious. Excellent and friendly service by the staff. They provided us free breakfast even we did not include in our booking, and the breakfast even has China local dishes such as porridge, cheong fun, etc. they also lend us umbrella to bring out due to the rainy season. The only down side I could think of is probably the location - not walking distance to anywhere but that was not an issue as we just take didi everywhere we go.
