We had an incredible stay at Villa Ammos in Cedar Bay Beachside Villas! This was our third year in a row staying here. The location is unbeatable, right on the beach with stunning views. The villa is beautifully maintained, offering all the amenities you could need, and the private pool was a lovely bonus. Host Maria was fantastic—attentive and welcoming, ensuring we had everything we needed. The staff took great care of the space, keeping it spotless throughout our stay. We hope to come back again for another relaxing beachside escape! This is truly a piece of paradise in Crete!

Cedar Bay Beachside Villas is a true gem in the heart of paradise. The villas are very clean and well-designed making them perfect for a holiday or remote working experience. Maria is a superb host, always very responsive and helpful. Once you arrive, you’ll never want to leave…but will surely return!

Highly recommended, the best place to stay in the Paleochora area. Nicely located three villas direct at the beach with seavirw, balconies, a private pool and fully equipped with kitchen and washing machine. We had been there for the forth time since 2022 and have already booked for next year. We stayed already in every villa and can‘t decide which is the best, but villa Ammos is the only one with two bedrooms. Maria, the owner is a perfect host managing all whishes you have. The environment and pools are clean and atmospheric, Xanthippos, the „pool boy“ keeps an eye for the cleanness with daily service. Taverna Grammeno, in our pov one of the best restaurant in Paleochora is reachible in a 10 min. walk via the beach, you’ll find a supermarket for self-catering nearby or bigger ones in Paleochora. Perfect place to stay, for us close to paradise!

We spent five wonderful days at Cedar Bay Villas and thoroughly enjoyed its unique location, relaxing atmosphere, and overall convenience. The Ammos villa, which we booked, was beautifully decorated and fully equipped with everything we needed, enhancing our stay. The villas’ free parking was conveniently close to our villa, making unloading luggage extremely easy. Situated right on a sandy beach, it was amazing to step out of bed and be swimming in the beautiful bay in no time. Nearby restaurants and beach bars offered great options for food, drinks, and coffee. The atmosphere was peaceful and quiet. The owner was exceptionally kind and helpful, providing us with all the necessary information about the villa and surrounding areas to ensure an even better experience. Her organization was impressive. The support staff did a fantastic job keeping the villa clean and up to standard throughout our stay. We will definitely return to this inspiring villa to recharge both mentally and physically. Thank you for the wonderful stay.

This is one of the most wonderful places we've ever stayed anywhere. The location is ideal, private, yet on the beach. Each villa has its own private pool, with great outdoor seating. Our villa was so comfortable, with so many modern amenities. We would come back here again and again!

Over the years we have rented holiday villas in Greece but we have now found the perfect holiday villa here at Cedar Bay Villas. So much so, we have been coming here for nearly ten years and would never consider going anywhere else because this is perfection. Maria, the owner, keeps the standard high and provides little extras such as 'walking poles' for walking in the mountains and yoga mats for those who wish to do this type of exercise. I think it is like staying at a five star hotel but so much nicer because you have more privacy and freedom allowing total relaxation. The location is outstanding and the villas are on a beautiful sandy beach, next to a pebble beach separated by an interesting land spit which has an unusual rock formation at its end. Each villa has its own private pool which is maintained and cleaned early each morning. I like to cook local food and the kitchen is perfectly equipped but there are three local restaurants in walking distance which offer excellent food. The nearby Ammos bar will deliver to the villas but the staff are so friendly it is nice to just sit and relax with a drink and a snack.

We had a fantastic week in Villa Lithos. The perfect location right on the beach allowed us to spend time either in the crystal clear sea or at our own pool looking out over the sandy beach. We were able to hire kayak and paddleboards from Ammos Bar to explore the bay which my sons really enjoyed. The villa is well located with numerous restaurants in the bay to choose from and the very friendly Ammos Bar is right next door. You can also take a short drive to Palaochora which is a compact yet vibrant town. Car hire is essential to get to the supermarket and the surrounding area. The villa itself has everything you need and is extremely comfortable. The owner Maria is always on hand if you need anything, and is very welcoming. I would not hesitate to recommend Cedar Bay villas.

This place is amazing, the location is wonderful with the most increadible yet quiet beach on the doorstep and the luxury of a private pool. There is nothing I would change about it. Maria is a fantastic host and the accommodation well thought out with everything you might need. We tried to extend our stay it was that good, should have booked for longer.
