Access to the airport, train station, Wuyi Square, and the Hunan Museum was straightforward and convenient. In particular, the trip to the airport cost only CNY6—arguably the most economical we’ve encountered! Overall, our stay offered excellent value for money! 👍 Areas for improvement: (a) The lingering cigarette odour on Level 3’s walkway detracted from the otherwise pleasant environment; (b) The cafeteria staff would benefit from displaying more warmth and friendliness toward guests; and (c) Reduction of oil usage in cooking.
