The hotel decor feels a bit outdated, so refurbishment is recommended. The swimming pool was closed for maintenance, which was disappointing because the swimming pool is one of the reasons to attract us to book this hotel. The centralized air conditioning made the room very hot, though staff provided a portable fan when we asked. On the positive side, the bed was comfortable and the staff were friendly. Overall, it is an average experience for me to stay.

We stayed in one of the Sheraton Yunda suites for our december Christmas trip to Changsha. The hotel staff were very welcoming and friendly. The hotel is very comfortable with excellent amenities. Breakfast was well organized with a very good selection of local and western foods. Miss 小秦 provided us with an excellent service and was very helpful throughout our stay. We will definitely stay again next time we visit Changsha 😊

Good location and clean room

We're delighted to have chosen Sheraton service apartment for our family stay again! This is our second time here, and the service remains exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, exceeding our expectations. The room was spotless, and the central location made it easy to explore the area. The staff were great and extremely friendly. The room was clean with good amenities, the swimming pool had a great view of the city. The gym was very pleasant. The location was very central. Monica Tan was an extremely helpful member of staff who made the trip extremely pleasant. I would recommend 10/10.

Location: It shares the same front space as another hotel, just keep walking to your right to reach this one. The pro here is that it's close to Wuyi Square which is around 10-15 minutes away. There are some restaurants and fruit shops nearby too. It's also pretty close to one of the railway stations, a bit far from the airport though. The bad thing is that it's kind of located on a busy street, so around certain times, there's traffic. Cleanliness: Overall, everything was pretty clean. Service: The front desk girl is really friendly and if you ever need anything, can either WeChat her or call the front desk. She even gifted us with goodies when we left. Facilities: Slept well, bed was soft and comfortable. Everything was pretty good, the only thing I would complain about is probably how high the heater is. I was sweating. Overall, enjoyed my stay here, and would return. I enjoyed having my separate room and having the option for a fridge and microwave just in case. There's free water, snacks, and fruits upon check-in. U.S. passport friendly.

位置：酒店地理位置優越，離五一廣場不遠，天氣好的話city walk還蠻有趣的。去橘子洲頭就三四站地鐵，要比打車方便很多。可以步行去省博和烈士公園。 設施：比傳統的酒店房間多了餐桌廚房，適合一家人點個外賣在酒店小酌一下，我們是下了飛機同時點了幾家比較火的小龍蝦送到酒店，就省着去店裡排隊了。 服務：服務態度特別好，可以説是基本上有求必應，需要任何東西都可以聯繫管家，管家會以最快的速度響應。尤其是管家小余，提供了詳細的攻略，準備了歡迎果盤，以及幫着把外賣送到房間等都很服務到位，我們在退房的時候還送了我們長沙的小特產伴手禮，周到貼心。

這次入住體驗真的超出預期，必須特意誇一下前台小唐。辦理入住時很細心，主動提醒了早餐時間和周邊出行訊息，説話温和有耐心，有疑問也都一一解答，全程讓人感覺很舒服、很踏實。 房間乾淨整潔，整體服務到位，住得很舒心，下次來還會優先選這家，真心推薦！

這次來長沙入住的長沙運達喜來登公寓，體驗超棒！房間温馨 又乾淨，洗衣機冰箱等電器配置齊全，特別適合家庭遊。管家小譚服務貼心周到，根據我的需要提前準備好了洗衣液晾衣架，還送了水果。 地理位置很好，去橘子洲瞻仰偉人雕塑、到嶽麓山看日出或是去省博都很方便。暴走一天後，回酒店在軟軟的床上一躺，疲憊全消。這家絕對是遊長沙的下榻首選，強烈推薦！

這家酒店公寓讓我感受到真正的賓至如歸，特別是管家小譚很熱情，服務周到，辦理入住高效快捷。客房整潔明亮，床品柔軟舒適，房間安靜。早餐豐富美味，特別是現煮的米粉令人回味。位置便利，周邊配套齊全。下次來這座城市，這裏仍是我的首選。
