Der Raum ist sauber und trocken und nass sind getrennt. Intelligente Sprachsteuerung, ausgestattet mit einem Butler, der proaktiv über Service-Erinnerungszeiten, späten Check-out und Gepäcklieferung zum Hochgeschwindigkeitsbahnhof und Flughafen informiert – das ist wirklich praktisch.
Beim Einchecken werden Sie gefragt, ob Sie Präferenzen für das Zimmer haben. Nach dem Betreten werden Sie auch anrufen, um zu erfragen, ob Sie zufrieden sind. Habe mich danach nicht mehr darum gekümmert. It was pretty easy to locate the hotel location. The room was clean and we managed to grab the breakfast before heading for our train to Zhangjiajie. Overall the experience was alright, but I think we would have preferred more enthusiastic group of staff at the hotel!

Excellent service provided by hotel staff. Accessible snack bar at all time. Staffs are attending to our needs. Cleanliness of the room was great. Overall is great.
Improvement-
1. laundry service time takes too long than the promise time ( but this service is very helpful. )
2. AC heater mode continuously working even with different setting which makes the room hard to cool down.

Great place to stay, not noisy. The room was clean, beds were comfy, but unfortunately AC wasn't working, only heater was working during winter (some hotels disable the cooling part of AC, and your room can get quite hot and stuffy without it). For the first night, they moved me to another room temporarily as the room reached 28C. The following days they provided me a portable fan and that worked well enough actually (room dropped to around 18-20C with the heater turned off). Their service was quick and great, so can't complain about that.
The room was great, it had a big projector, and everything can be voice controlled or using the switches by the bed. The internet speed was good enough to stream and cast stuff to the screen. They provided drinking water, toiletries, some tea and an electric kettle. They also had a gym (must go to the lobby and ask them to tap Level 2 Gym floor for you) and free laundry and dryers (must be booked through WeChat/Weixin as it's not self service). The hotel was also walkable to some stores as well! The train station was also 5 mins away from the hotel, so that made things super convenient.

The room is very clean and comfortable. The location is perfect as it is in the city centre. It could be a bit confusing because there are many hotels with similar name but the address in the app is correct. The hotel staff is not very friendly but does their job. Gym equipment is broken but better than nothing. For budget travellers it's a good place to stay.

Although location is at Furong square Line 2(one stop next to Wuyi square), but it is still very convenient to go all touristic areas like juzizhou islands, Wu yo s hare and walking street street etc, hotel room is quiet and giving a peaceful environment. opp hotel has a very nice BBQ stall at night. Hotels provide all amenities, healthy 晚安粥， cocktail, and 24hr salad bar. Their breakfast was also nice , bee Hoon soup was made to order. free laundry service, bed was cosy. .. and many more good things. plus All staffs were friendly!
One set back is there are 2 same name hotels nearby, so when calling a titi (taxi)or food delivery, please state clearly on the location and address to avoid confusion

We enjoyed the morning breakfast and the free laundry service was awesome! They also provide other amenities which you can order via app! They helped us arrange the luggage delivery to airport for free and all we need to do is to order via app and send the luggage to lobby before 12 noon. Tried the chinese bbq opposite the hotel and enjoyed it! The noodle shop next door seems very popular.
