It was a hotel booked by our tour. But it was a pleasant surprise. Our tatami theme room was clean and spacious. Very cost effective and very good breakfast. Location wasn’t the most convenient but however we did enjoy our stay there. Front desk was efficient, even with our groups arriving; very accommodating. The door person also help us in getting our luggage into the Didi. The hotel service is better than some of the 5 star hotels that I have stayed in the same trip.

Little bit disappointed… +clean and comfortable room +free parking with charger +good location +professional staff -the breakfast area was full and dirty, so difficult to find a table -no baby chair -they didnt refill anything, no apple or orange juice -i had to eat on a dirty table, i finally left as i was not hungry anymore after this bad experience.

Hotel was nice, very near a station where all my parcels were at. They could do a little better with sorting parcels sent directly to hotels but all’s good. Cleaned rooms very thoroughly and too thorough that my husband’s unfinished cigarettes were also thrown away. 🥹 but it’s ok cause it’s also partly our fault for leaving it around. View is very good, got upgraded to a river view one.

Be aware that the 'kaleidoscope of the world' rooms have quite a cheap, tacky interior design. Definitely not worth the price. Better to choose a cheaper hotel in my opinion. The first room I was put in did not have a functioning toilet. Would not flush.

The hotel is located near residential and office building surrounding area. You will be away from all the action of Changsha. The is one plaza next to it for dining, coffee, tea and convenient stores. Other than that it goes quiet early in the night so you will definitely have a good night sleep. The hotel rooms have different themes and they did a pretty good job on attention to details. overall, updated room and clean comfortable stay.

I booked two rooms under two different accounts, and the front desk staff were very accommodating in arranging for us to stay on the same floor and as close as possible. They even upgraded us to the Japanese-style room, which was appreciated. However, I was surprised to find that the room did not come with a fridge. In addition, the hotel is not smoke-free. Guests were smoking along the corridor, which is an enclosed area, and the smell entered the room. Because of these issues, I’m unlikely to choose this hotel again.

Beautiful hotel with a different types of environment, clean and bright room with a good view, very comfortable and sizeable bed 👍🏼staff is helpful and friendly , the guy with the name Eason showed his professionalism

I stayed one night at Exotic W Hotel and it was nice because I booked a room with queen bed and a bathtub. The room was clean and had all the useful amenities. There was even a bathing milk in the bathroom. The service was good, though they didn’t speak English well. However, five start hotel stuff should be able to speak in English. Some breakfast dishes were cold. All in all, I had a good experience and it was a good hotel.
