The hotel is very spacious and very clean. I love how there’s music playing when you go in. The location is a bit far from the main attractions, but the hotel is just a few steps from a train station, and there’s a mall just downstairs. So all is good. Love the breakfast too! Will book this hotel again!

Everything is good but just it's an open space for smoking, there's ash tray everywhere, where we are not really comfortable with it even though we have booked non smoking room; overall is just fine.

Great location with easy access to the tubes and High Speed Rail Station. The room is comfy and chic. A Chinese tea plateau is embedded in the wooden decor with a hit of nature ambient music which is smoothing after a long day journey. Reception team was super efficient, warming and inviting , staff 05042 deserves an extra mention for her professional handling and courteous offerings

Nice and clean hotel with warm ambience. all the staff are extremely welcoming and friendly, especially no. 52. The hotel also offers free self laundry service which is a super plus. Would definitely return to stay if I visit Changsha again.

Love this hotel very much. All the staffs are so friendly and helpful, especially no 52. The breakfast is good. It comes with so many choices. All the waitresses in the restaurant are very helpful and friendly too. Will highly recommend for my friends.

酒店環境好，離商場近，服務也好。但要吐嘈的是酒店的早餐，我一家人9點到餐廳，就基本沒啥了，問就是來遲了，不續了！這不是遲不遲的原因，這就是壓根就沒有根據入住的人數，準備匹配的早餐量！麪條沒有牛肉碼子。

整體體驗感很好，地理位置優越，出行前往高鐵站十分方便，周邊商場眾多，吃喝玩樂很便利。房間衞生打掃細緻到位，角落都收拾得乾乾淨淨。前台工作人員熱情貼心，服務響應及時。客房設施齊全，使用感舒適。必須誇一誇大堂自製的冷泡水果茶，清爽解膩，口感絕佳，夏天入住來上一杯特別治癒。整體裝修格調雅緻，細節用心，不管旅遊還是出差入住都很合適，下次來長沙還選擇這裏！
