EXOTIC Hotels in Changsha

Generally a great hotel with friendly and helpful reception, even when they are busy. Customer service is important to them, and they make sure you are taken care of. Room is clean and comfortable. Hotel's English name is a little confusing (esp if using didi) but I gathered it is Exotic Impressions Hotel, Changsha IFS. Small improvement ideas - there are 4 lifts servicing over 30 odd floors, which could result in busy waiting period. To consider lifts servicing specific floors. Many food delivery riders also use to deliver. Suggesting for guests to just collect, which will improve security for hotel.

I stayed one night at Exotic W Hotel and it was nice because I booked a room with queen bed and a bathtub. The room was clean and had all the useful amenities. There was even a bathing milk in the bathroom. The service was good, though they didn’t speak English well. However, five start hotel stuff should be able to speak in English. Some breakfast dishes were cold. All in all, I had a good experience and it was a good hotel.

I love the place and the location. The staffs are friendly. The only problem was their centralised air conditioning was turned off. I have to rely on opening the window. My room was facing the main street, which means traffic noise and of course not fresh air. I have to ask for 2 fans to put on each side of the bed. It helped but the room was hot. I will still go back and recommend the hotel.

The room is clean and comfortable. Location is considered quite convenient & can get didi easily. The receptionist is friendly and helpful, help to solve all my problems and answer my questions promptly. Highly recommended !
