Ich bin eine vergleichende Bewertung von Wen. Die Preisumgebung 190 ist gut. Der Raum ist groß. Die Toiletten sind trocken getrennt. Es gibt Sofas und Tische, die einfach zu bedienen und zu essen sind sehr bequem. Das Bett ist besonders weich und schläft normalerweise hart und die Betten sind gut. Ich habe nicht das Frühstück gekauft, ich weiß nicht, wie das Frühstück nicht beurteilt wird. Ich habe nachts ein bisschen Schlaf gefunden, als ich ein Insekt aus dem Bett herauskam, ich weiß nicht, was passiert ist. Die Blumen sind auch mit kleinen Blumen, die man benutzen kann, wie die Bilder zeigen. Das Hotel zeigt, dass es 12 Uhr abläuft, kann ich verstehen, dass andere Hotels sogar bis 1:00 Uhr bis 2 Uhr abläuft. Aber am nächsten Morgen um 9 Uhr kam ich direkt zum Zimmer und schlug die Tür, bevor ich mich nicht lange geweckt hatte, und dann ging ich direkt rein. Ich fragte, was passierte, sagte sie, dass Ihr Zimmer jetzt zurück ist, und ich habe die Rezeption nicht ganz angekündigt, jetzt zurückzugehen, Dann sagte Tante, es ging. EELCValue for money. Location is near city centre and just 5 min from metro so convenient to get around. Room inclusive of buffet breakfast . Originally was worried if the rooms will be old but turn out pretty well. Reception staff were all friendly. I requested late check out due to train schedule but the receptionist on duty told me to request next morning. Before I could request again, someone contacted me to offer late checkout. The service team seamless handover was superb! specially shoutout to the room attendant that cleaned our room. The room was clean, tidy and smell good. She even cleaned our spectacles and wrote a small note. What a personal touch that I did not expect of the hotel given the room rate was affordable. Will definitely be back if I visit Changsha again!

Meals offered were of great quality and variety.
The district is also lovely with iconic places, great food and local stores very friendly or typical.
The personel just did everything to make the stay perfect. I could not thank them enough for their hospitality.
Package was exceptional as well and I was nicely surprised by the offered services.
Warmly recommended and hope I will have the chance to come again.
2 things to note, the street has a lot of animation so can be noisy sometimes, and people are driving on motorbike in not a very safe way.

GGastnutzerTop Lage direkt an der Haupteinkaufsstraße Straße trotzdem sehr ruhig und auch Zimmer Größe ist ok, Zimmer sind sauber. Leider sind die Fenster orange beklebt man sieht nicht wie das Wetter draußen ist. Das ist überhaupt nicht ersichtlich auf den Bildern. Leider wurde ich bei der Abreise regelrecht gedrängt und 20 Minuten auf mich eingeredet ich solle 5 Sterne bewerten. Daher mit mittlere Service weil das nun ein sehr schlechter Abschluss war von einem sonst guten Aufenthalt.

My family and I recently enjoyed a fantastic stay at the Jato Hotel in Changsha, and it proved to be an excellent base for our adventures in this vibrant city. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the warm and welcoming atmosphere, which is always a relief when travelling with children.
Our family room was a highlight. It was thoughtfully laid out, providing ample space for all of us and our luggage without feeling cramped. The beds were comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep after long days of sightseeing – a crucial factor for keeping everyone happy! We particularly appreciated the cleanliness of the room and, indeed, the entire hotel. It’s clear the staff take great pride in maintaining high standards.
The amenities at Jato Hotel catered well to our family's needs. While we didn't use every facility, knowing there was a restaurant on-site was convenient for those evenings when the kids were too tired to venture far for dinner. The laundry service also came in handy, a real bonus for any family on an extended trip. The Wi-Fi was reliable, keeping the teenagers content during downtime.
What truly stood out was the service. The staff were consistently friendly, approachable, and eager to assist with any queries we had, from directions to local attractions to recommendations for family-friendly eateries. Their helpfulness made our stay significantly smoother and more enjoyable.
The hotel's location was also very convenient, allowing us easy access to explore Changsha's key sights. While specific distances to attractions might vary depending on the particular Jato Hotel branch, we found our location to be a good starting point for our excursions.
Overall, our experience at Jato Hotel was overwhelmingly positive. It offered a comfortable, clean, and family-friendly environment with excellent service. We would happily recommend it to other families looking for a welcoming and convenient place to stay in Changsha and would certainly consider staying here again on a future visit.

大大美女GanWe picked out Changsha Pushe Minsu for our trip in Changsha due to the location and also the appealing photos. When we were there, the rooms and environment were true to the photos. Their service is excellent and the staff were very meticulous to details. Special thanks to 小罗, before we arrived, we called up the minsu to check on some stuff and she was extremely helpful and polite. 小罗 even told us to pack clothes for the cold weather as there was a temperature dip. The staff would check with us every night if we wanted a dessert and what time we would be back, when we are back late, they placed the dessert into the thermo for us which was very sweet. I thank them for their great service which added many brownie points to our Changsha trip!

GGastnutzerDieser Aufenthalt war großartig! Das Hotel hat eine sehr günstige Lage, nur 5 Gehminuten von der U-Bahn-Station entfernt und in der Nähe gibt es viele leckere Restaurants.
Das Zimmer ist sauber und warm, die Bettwäsche ist weich und bequem und das Hotel ist mit einer Waschküche und einem Fitnessstudio ausgestattet, die alle Gäste kostenlos nutzen können! Die Rezeption empfahl Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Nähe. Das Frühstück ist abwechslungsreich und die frisch zubereiteten Reisnudeln und Nudeln sind köstlich!
Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist sehr hoch, ich werde dieses beim nächsten Mal wählen! Sehr empfehlenswert für alle

Friendly staff. Consider how much i paid for the room, breakfast is very good. Wuyi square is only about 7-9 minutes. Very crowded. This hotel is highly recommended. The hotel is right on the corner of Taiping street entrance, you would see the entrance gate and the hotel is on your right side slightly behind you.

AaaronkingdomI really have mix option about this hotel so please read it all. The location of this hotel is supposed to be it's strength, but with my window close tight I was force to listen to Karaoke all night long. The music coming from the street down or maybe coming from the river-walk literally went on all night long until 6am in the morning. I couldn't get any good sleep. you do get the river-view and you do get the convenience of the location being close by the city-walk. But you wouldn't expect the noisy level all night for a 5 star hotel. The price is good, probably the lowest in town for a 5 star with a great location. room and bathroom was large size and overall clean. unreasonable crowded lobby with appears to me non hotel guests. also elevator was slow and dumb which the hotel already knew and there were notes in room that addresses the issue. But the most unreasonable problem I had was with the self-served laundry facility. The hotel had 3 sets of washer/dryer. I was able to secure 1 washer and washed my clothes. After my clothes were washed all the dryer was occupied and in-use. So I took my WET clothes back to my room and waited out the timer that was on the 3 dryers and set my alarm so I can come back use the dryer when time is up. My alarm goes off and I was back in the laundry room and the 3 dryer machine had their timers adjusted and drying time was being extended. 1 dryer was occupied by 1 guest and other TWO dryers in use by the 1 same user (there were notes on the machines that indicates which room guest are using each machine). So I set my alarm again and went back to my room with my wet clothes trying to wait it out. Time is up and I went to check on the dryers, while approaching the laundry room I saw a staff coming out from it. And when I went into the laundry room the dryer's timer have been extended and occupied by the same people. I was frustrated and angry, so I went to the hotel front lobby to report the issue hoping to get a solution. the front lobby acknowledge that it was their staff that is helping the other room guest extending the timers and taking care their laundry. WELL its self-sever laundry so the staff shouldn't have done that and if they wanted to provide service and change the usage rules then they should give an opportunity for other guests to use the machines too. ESPECIALLY one of the guest is using TWO machines at the same time. Shouldn't the staff stop one machine and let me/others guest use it and when we are done that guest can hog up two machines again. But, no, front lobby attendant insist that guest can use two machines until their clothes are dry/done. WHAT?! so I ask, if a guest hogs up 3 machines at the same time and use it for 10 hours straight other guest should just wait or not be able to use the laundry? Her solution for me was to leave my clothes in the laundry and when the other guest clothes are dry and the staff will help to put my clothes in the dryer for me. WHAT, NO. first hygiene issue I don't want anyone else to touch my washed clothes. second, what if my clothes were missing, like a sock or something. by then, an apology don't turn things back and it's called a self-served laundry for a reason. It was like 3am, in the end I didnt get to dry my clothes. I had to pack up my simi wet clothes the next day to check out with lack of sleep. I brought to the manager's attention about the ordeal I went through during check out and she apologized for what I went through the night. She authorized a partial credit refund for my stay, so please keep in mind I gave 2/5 for service because she brought it back. otherwise, the service would have been 0 or 1 star.
