Die Serviceeinstellung der Dame an der Rezeption, Wenwen, war sehr gut und enthusiastisch. Das Hotel ist sauber, geräumig und hell und verfügt über praktische Einrichtungen. Die Räume sind zudem sprachgesteuert und effizient. Grundsätzlich ist alles responsive. Außerdem gibt es kostenlosen Nachmittagstee und auch das Frühstück ist zur Selbstbedienung und sehr gut. Das Wichtigste: Der Zimmerpreis ist erschwinglich und das Parken ist kostenlos. Ich bin mit meinem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden!

Enjoyed my stay at this boutique hotel so much I didn't want to leave and can say its the best part of my Changsha holiday!! The room was comfortable, lay-out well though out, spacious and clean with good amenities all round. One can also control the temperature of the air conditioning well unlike many other hotels. Only gripe is that chairs in the room were not ergonomic, with no back support. And a big short-out to the service level of the front office staff - they were friendly, hospitable, accommodating and efficient always - I have never met such a stellar/impressive team! However, do note that location was an 11 yuan taxi ride or 15-20 walk to IFS mall/Huangxing Pedestrain street, which can be daunting after a tiring down of sightseeing. And although free laundry services is provided, ironing was not included and the cords on two of my dresses came unraveled. Fortunately, they were old dresses and it was still OK to simply cut the cords off. Nevertheless, I thoroughly enjoyed my 5 nights stay at this boutique hotel. It was very memorable and I would highly recommend this to anyone visiting Changsha!

Im ersten Stock gibt es einen Kinderspielplatz, eine Waschküche, einen Fitnessraum, eine Freizeitbücherbar und andere unterstützende Einrichtungen. Das Frühstück ist abwechslungsreich, gesund und lecker. Es stehen mehr als zehn Arten von Mahlzeiten zur Auswahl, darunter Nudeln, Desserts, Vollkornprodukte und Obst. Es ist die erste Wahl für eine Unterkunft in Changsha und sehr zu empfehlen!
