I stayed with my family for 2 nights, in suite room. It was a nice stay, comfortable room with a massage chair. Bath tub is not exactly a bath tub and they can work on some exhaust in bathroom else becomes very stuffy. Food was delicious and service was also great.

A special shout-out to Duty Manager Ramandeep Kaur and her incredible team of ladies at the reception—they were all fantastic at their jobs! Their warm smiles and professionalism set a positive tone for my stay. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, with modern decor and a comfortable atmosphere. My room was spacious, impeccably clean, and equipped with all the amenities I could ask for, ensuring a relaxing stay. The bed was especially comfortable, making it easy to unwind after a busy day. The service throughout my stay was exceptional. Ramandeep and her team were always available to assist with any inquiries or requests, and their attention to detail truly made a difference. Overall, I highly recommend Mercure Hotel Chandigarh for anyone visiting the area. The combination of excellent service, comfortable accommodations, and a welcoming atmosphere makes it a top choice. It was a perfect stay. The staff was extremely cooperative and polite. The premises were clean and maintained. The hotel even let me check out late, i was supposed to check out at 11 am but the staff accommodated my request and allowed me to check out by 1 pm.

Excellent service and hospitality. Friendly staff and very helpful. The food was amazing, I especially recommend trying their Black Dal and Sarson ka saag.. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. But please be mindful of room selection while booking, a single bed room is very small which may disappoint you. I did mistake selecting one bedroom, however on my request the owner of the hotel upgraded my room to a complimentary double bed.

Room telephone was not working, room plug socket were not functioning,, bathroom door ( glass ) was not moving closing a kind of jammed. After complaint also not got rectified. We have to call for bathroom supplies such as dental or shaving kit which is not a case of any other hotel i stayed till date.
