Ich habe für 13th Feb-14 Feb 21...I um 9 Uhr angemeldet, da ich für einige geschäftliche Arbeiten gekommen war. Es ist sehr traurig zu schreiben, dass dieses Hotel mit 3-star Rating solche pathetischen Dienstleistungen bietet, die sehr flashig in Bildern aussehen. Ich wurde mit nicht-operativem Telefon, Study Licht am Bett & TV, geknackte Tasse, keine Schlafzimmer, Waschbecken mit komischen Einstellungen für heißes Wasser, keine Tür in der Dusche, leckende Faucet und ein extrem mucky wie Kettle ... der Türknopf des Badezimmers ist wie 1940's ...Die Duscheglasses waren schmutzig, als ob sie nicht von den letzten 8-10 Monaten gereinigt worden..Der Kleidunghaken hinter der Tür der Badezimmerrotieren in 360 Grad ......i fühlte sich, dass diese Jungs ernsthaft in der Wartung von Zimmern sind. Das Bett und die Quilt stinken, als ob es seit Jahren nicht verändert worden war. Das Personal musste gesagt werden, zwei Wasserflaschen für zwei Personen zu geben, Teebeutel und Zucker ....I war in Zimmer Nr. 113....There Es war eine Party im Boden, die Nacht und der Geruch von Getränken kam bis Erste Etage .....i hatte in den letzten Jahren meines Aufenthalts in Hotels in ganz Indien ..... Zu buchen dieses Hotel ist Geldverschwendung ist wht ich fühlte ....Die sehr grundlegenden Mitarbeiter sind nicht klar ....

We stayed at this hotel for three nights. This would be a 3-star hotel but it's amazing staff makes it a 5-star hotel especially Kamal Singh Chauhal at the front desk who really went Above and Beyond to help my husband and I with our local travel plans. Kamal is a great asset to this hotel. The restaurant, event and housekeeping staff are also efficient, professional and courteous. The hotel itself could use some renovations as some areas of our room and hallway looked a little weary. With this staff and a few upgrades, Amara Hotel has real potential to be a top-notch hotel.

I stayed for one night and found the room is clean and nice, as well as the location being central near to all 17 sectors. The team is fantastic, especially Surinder and the breakfast service team; I can't remember the name of the receptionist. extremely professional and helpful Thank you all, and I hope to see you soon. Breakfast spread is a concern. There should be cereals, fruits, and idli sambar as the basic breakfast. The rest is fine.

This hotel is situated in the middle of the city with a market place, atm and bank under it. This is not a fancy hotel in appearance, but, their promptness, courtesy, food quality, service, basic facilities can easily surpass the same of many 3 star hotels. Only drawback of this hotel: Has around 45 steps in one wing and around 30 steps in main wing. They do not have lift. Service: We requested for breakfast to be packed for atleast children and the amount and variety of breakfast they packed was sufficient for us two adults and two children. I requested for check out at 3am in the morning, the manager gave his personal number, in case, people in reception does not pick up call. He made sure that the luggages I did not have to carry. They provided electric kettle, complimentary tea bag, coffee powder, milk powder. Food: It is a vegetarian hotel and the food was tasty enough for me not to miss non-veg food. Rooms: We stayed in the family room in the new wing. It had two big comfy beds. The room air conditioner control worked properly, which is actually very rare in the hotel industry. Satisfaction: Would not have to think twice before booking this hotel again if I have to ever visit Chandigarh again. Loved their service.
