I booked a prepaid stay at this hotel, including breakfast, but due to a last-minute transportation cancellation, I had to cancel my reservation. I spoke with 3 different hotel representatives over the phone, and they all assured me that cancellation would not be a problem given the circumstances. However, when I followed up, the hotel refused to refund or modify my prepaid booking.
Despite my polite requests and explanations, the hotel was only interested in taking my money without providing any service or accommodation. They kept delaying a decision and ultimately told me that the prepaid booking could not be changed or canceled. This was an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience, especially from what is supposed to be a 5-star establishment.
I ended up paying completely out of pocket for a stay that never happened, all because the hotel prioritized keeping my money over addressing my valid situation and requests. I would strongly caution anyone from booking with this hotel, as their customer service is severely lacking, and they do not seem to value their guests or act in good faith. An absolutely pathetic experience overall!
