Als Disneyland Stammgäste waren wir zum ersten Mal im Disneyland Hotel. Wir waren 3 Nächte im Castle Club. Der Aufpreis von normalen Zimmer zum Castle Club hat sich sehr gelohnt. Beim Frühstück haben wir auf Aurora, Cinderella, Jasmine, Mulan und Merida getroffen. Auch Schneewittchen und Belle waren tagsüber mal anzutreffen. Die Lounge hat eine traumhafte Lage mit Blick aufs Schloss. Service war wunderbar. Die Getränke und das Frühstück waren auch sehr vielfältig und hochwertig. Zur Tea Time ist die vegane Auswahl leider sehr wenig gewesen. Die Zimmer sind perfekt gereinigt und wunderschön eingerichtet. Abends wurden an 2 von 3 Abenden die Betten aufgeschüttelt und es gab eine Süßigkeit und einen gute Nacht- Tee. Die Minibar wurde auch nur an 2 von 3 Tagen aufgefüllt. Für den Preis erwartet man da Fehlerfreiheit, wir haben es aber auch nicht angesprochen, der Service beim Check in und Concierge war hervorragend, daher sind wir sicher das auf nachfrage nachgebessert worden wäre. Der Lift zum Park ist besonders für eingeschränkte Gäste unschlagbar! Zusammengefasst war es ein märchenhafter Aufenthalt. Der Aufpreis gegenüber den anderen Hotels lohnt sich besonders für die Lage und zum Treffen der Prinzessinnen. Wenn diese Punkte nicht so wichtig sind empfehle ich andere Hotels wie New York oder Sequoia Lounge aufgrund der Preisersparnis. Wir haben tolle Erinnerungen und kommen hoffentlich wieder 🥰

Meine Freundin und ich planten vom 1. Januar bis zum 4. Januar eine Reise nach Disneyland. Innerhalb der 4 Tage und 3 Nächte war es seinen Preis ehrlich wert. Der Weg zum Hotel war ein Kinderspiel, da es nur wenige Minuten von der RER-Station Val D'Europe entfernt ist. Für den Service scheinen sie ziemlich unterbesetzt zu sein, aber sie waren trotzdem sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Für Restaurants gibt es einige Restaurants zur Auswahl, aber wir haben normalerweise nur im vietnamesischen Restaurant in der Nähe gegessen, was sich sehr gelohnt hat. Auch wenn Sie gerne selbst kochen, gibt es eine komplette Koch- und Küchenausstattung sowie eine Geschirrspülmaschine. Es wäre jedoch schön, wenn sie auch eine Waschmaschine hätten.

For a 2 star hotel this is excellent. Located just a couple of minutes from the RER station and travelling as a solo female in a wheelchair I never felt uncomfortable about the area. Hotel was clean, lift big enough, loved that accessible room could easily be booked online, breakfast excellent value and decent choices for the price. Room was big enough to move around in wheelchair, plug by the bed is always good, large wet room bathroom met my needs. Bins emptied, bed made and towels replaced if needed daily. Could hear trains a little but not bad and they do stop between midnight and 6am ish.

Cette auberge est assez bien située, même si hors des sentiers battus touristiques. La réception se trouve dans le bar-restaurant au rez-de-chaussée-de)chaussée, ce qui peut prêter à confusion arrivé à la porte d'entrée. (J'ai cherché l'entrée de l'auberge, pensant qu'il y en avait une autre).
Bon, le réceptionniste fait ce qu'il peut, ça n'est pas au niveau d'un hôtel en bonne et due forme.
Le problème pour ma part fut le lit, enfin le matelas qui formait comme une cuvette dans son tiers supérieur. Je n'ai pas souhaité en changé puisque je souhaitais resté dans le lit du bas. (le réceptionniste ne savait pas quel lit se trouve en haut ou en bas). Je n'ai pas utilisé la couette care cette dernière était sale (sûrement jamais époussetée ni nettoyée). Je n'ai pas pris le petit déjeuner à l'auberge. Son prix est trop élevé, comme bien souvent dans les auberges parisiennes.

Pluspunkte: Die Rezeptionistin war sehr aufmerksam und professionell. Zimmerreinigung war ok!
Ausgezeichnete Lage in der Nähe des Flughafens und mit mehreren Märkten in der Nähe.
Schwächen:
Der Handwaschgelbehälter war leer und wurde in die Dusche gestellt.
Die Küche ist sehr klein und hatte kein Geschirrtuch, keinen Geschirrständer oder genügend Beleuchtung zum Kochen. Die Lampe hat nicht funktioniert und es gibt nicht genug Platz, um für zwei Personen zu kochen.
Der Balkon ist auch sehr klein.
Das Frühstück war sehr schlecht und nicht viele Optionen.

Eine tolle Erfahrung in diesem Mercure Hotel.
Es hat eine ausgezeichnete Lage, in der Nähe des Bahnhofs und vieler Restaurants und auch in der Nähe des berühmten Vergnügungsparks Disneyland Paris.
Die Zimmer sind sauber und gepflegt, aber das Wichtigste ist eine gute Isolierung. Ich empfehle dieses Hotel ohne zu zögern! Ich wünsche Ihnen einen angenehmen Aufenthalt!

Ich, mein Bruder und meine Mutter (alles Erwachsene) hatten einen tollen Kurzaufenthalt hier. Im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels in der Gegend war der Preis angemessen. Unser Apartment war sehr sauber, ausgestattet mit Tee, Kaffee, Handtüchern, Toilettenpapier, Bettlaken, Haartrockner und Bügeleisen sowie Küchenutensilien. Wir hatten alles, was wir brauchten, und das Personal war freundlich.
Sowohl im Schlafzimmer als auch im Wohnzimmer, wo die Schlafsofas liegen, gibt es einen Fernseher – aber ich würde sagen, bitte stellen Sie für beide eine Fernbedienung zur Verfügung!
Wir haben an einem Tag gefrühstückt und es gibt eine tolle Auswahl – wir gingen in den Park und waren buchstäblich den ganzen Tag satt. Für uns zwei war das die einzige Mahlzeit des Tages.
Sie ließen uns auch eine Stunde früher einchecken, was großartig war.
Was besser sein könnte: Der Bus fuhr normalerweise nicht pünktlich, also mussten wir einfach zur Bushaltestelle gehen und unser Glück versuchen, wann er ankommen würde. Obwohl es nicht meilenweit von Annehmlichkeiten wie Val d’Europe usw. entfernt ist. Die angegebenen Zeiten sind oft Fahrstrecken. Was also als 15 Minuten entfernt beschrieben wird, ist normalerweise etwa eine halbe Stunde mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Außerdem sollten Restaurants um 11 schließen, damit die Leute nach dem letzten Bus noch Zeit haben, etwas zu essen.

Gute Begrüßung, richtiges Hotel, sauber. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Das freundliche Personal, die attraktive Viertel, Einkaufszentrum 7 Minuten zu Fuß und Bahnhof lächeln E zu der Hauptstadt in 15 Minuten wirklich nicht weit 7 bis 8 Minuten zu Fuß vom Hotel. Aufenthalt mit 2 glücklichen Adolescenten des Hotels. Danke und das ist dank Ihnen Wir werden uns ohne Zweifel und dankbar wieder an den freundlichen Mittagessen zurückkehren.
