"We stayed at Hotel Castor for two nights with my parents and had a very pleasant experience. We booked the half-board package, which included an excellent breakfast with plenty of local tarts and biscuits, a wide variety of fresh fruits such as strawberries, cherries, apricots, and peaches, as well as different coffee options including ginseng coffee, decaffeinated coffee, and orzo. There were also many gluten-free choices available. Dinner was very enjoyable, with a choice of appetizers, a selection of main courses from a varied menu, and a choice of five desserts. A buffet with fresh salads and fruits was also available. The hotel also has a beautiful wine cellar with an excellent selection of wines. The waiters were professional, attentive, and provided excellent service throughout our stay. Check-in and check-out were quick and smooth, and the reception staff were always friendly and welcoming. Our room was tastefully decorated, comfortable, and featured a lovely balcony with a beautiful mountain view. The hotel is ideally located in the center of Champoluc, right next to the church, making it convenient for exploring the area. Overall, the hotel offers great value for money. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would gladly return if we have the opportunity in the future."

Sehr persönlich von der Eigentümerin Alessandra persönlich behandelte Küche, unterstützt von der sehr nett gepflegten Roberta. Ausstattet mit Spa und Fahrradverleih. Ich empfehle es mit geschlossenen Augen."
