3-Sterne-Hotels in Chamonix-Mont-Blanc

Das Hotel hat eine perfekte Lage am Fluss. Das heisst, man kann in einen kleinen Wiesebereich mit schönen Holzsesseln sitzen, und den Abend geniessen. In der Lobby hat es eine Kaffeemaschine, und ab 16 Uhr sebstgemachten Kuchen kostenlos zur Verfügung. Das ist sehr angenehm nach einer langen Wanderung oder Ausflug, um etwas zu chillen. Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und aufmerksam. Es hat uns sogar Wanderstöcke angeboten, weil wir keine dabei hatten. Das Hotel hat einen persönlichen Charme, den man bei 4 Sterne sehr vermisst. Das ist nicht selbstverständlich.

FIRST OF ALL THE LOCATION WAS EXCELLENT. ABOUT 1 MINUTE WALKING FROM CITY CENTER ALL STAFF WERE EXTREMELY POLITE AND ANY QUESTIONS WE HAD THEY WERE WILING TO HELP US. ROOM NUMBER 20 THAT THEY GAVE US WAS SO COSY, BIG AND COMFORTABLE. HAD AN AMAZING MOUNTAIN VIEW! HAVE A BIG JACUZZI AND A SAUNA! CLEAN HOTEL! THE ONLY THING I DIDN'T LIKE WAS THE FACT THAT FOR 7 DAYS OF OUR STAY BREAKFAST WAS THE SAME EVERY SINGLE DAY BUT RATHER THAN THAT EVERYTHING WAS EXCELLENT! ALSO FIRE PLACE WAS FAKE WHICH IN REALITY THEY HAVE A FIRE PLACE BUT THEY INSTALLED A FAKE ON TOP OF IT! 😉

Great central location and the hotel itself is very rustic and cute. However, certain things were lacking compared to other 3 star hotels I've visited in Chamonix. Easy check in and we were able to store our luggage until our room was ready. Staff at check in and on reception very friendly and welcoming. Room itself very spacious (we had 2 x junior suite) with balcony and great views of Mont Blanc. Bed and bedding very comfortable. However room/bathroom was not well maintained/attended/serviced. We requested daily service by turning the door sign to green and asking at reception before we left for the day. The first day neither room was serviced. Toilet roll ran out on day 2 and we had to ask for more which was then not put into the toilet roll holder until our last day (we stayed 6 nights). Shower gel ran out and we had to ask for that to be replenished. Bulbs were out in the bathroom vanity mirror. Shower curtain yellow at bottom and smelly. Bedroom and bathroom floors were dusty and not swept or vacuum at all during our stay. Smoke alarm (or whatever style of alarm was supposed to be in the room) was missing. The only thing we noticed the room attendant do during each visit was make the bed and empty the bins. No vacuuming or sweeping, rinsing of shower, replenishing of loo roll etc. Perhaps it was due to it being end of the summer season and just running a skeleton staff but only one member of staff was on duty at any one time. Breakfast was chaotic with things running out, juice and coffee machine regularly running low and the only staff member (who was VERY helpful) was rushed off their feet trying to replenish. Breakfast was also disappointing in terms of items offered compared to other 3 star hotels in Chamonix I've used and did not include any hot option except boiled eggs (no scrambled egg, no porridge etc). Just bread, jams, cheeses, cold meats etc. For the money (close to €250 per room per night), I expected better servicing of the room and a better breakfast selection. All in all an ok stay but I won't be rushing back.

Really nice hotel with great amenities. Be sure to check out the sauna on the roof as it looks out onto the mountains in spectacular fashion! The room was nice and very clean and the staff was attentive and helpful. This property is right in the city center and you can see the train station from the front door. A really good property and I highly recommend!

Mein Mann und ich haben in diesem Hotel eine Woche geblieben. Die Lage ist großartig und der Innenparkplatz, wenn er frei ist, ist wirklich die Spitze. Wir haben ein oberen Zimmer reserviert, sehr angenehm die jüngste Renovierung und Aussicht, aber sehr kleine Größe ... eher geeignet für ein Einzelbett als ein Eheschließungsstück .... Frühstück ist eine totale Enttäuschung: natürlich, die Ursache covid, Das Buffet gibt es nicht, ohne zu fragen, haben uns eine Platte mit einer Vielzahl von Dingen, von denen die meisten Salate, nicht unserem Wohlgefallen. Absolut abgewischt, diese Bedienung Frühstück ohne Kundenpräferenzen .....

A very welcoming hotel, we arrived after midnight due to a delayed bus schedule but check in was seamless and friendly. Very comfortable/stylish room, beautiful river flowing right outside the room. Delicious buffet breakfast. Very accommodating with our luggage upon our return to Chamonix, stored until ready for pickup. A comfortable pub that was popular with visitors where we could recharge our phone. A delightful hotel.

This is a clean- cheery and fun hotel! A very good rate- awesome staff and food! The location is convenient as well- a perfect place for a family or couples stay - little bowling alley Board games- pleasant surprises everywhere-they even had parking!

Poor experience- we were given a suite for several friends. Room was tired. Bathroom had a shower in the bath but no shower curtain so soaked the room. Tiny towels and the Toilet was a dungeon with no way to air it. 4 blokes using one Khazi in the morning! Oh joy! Breakfast was a joke as lots of things ran out, no cups, fruit salad, eggs, bacon etc etc and hotel attitude was that’s it! So unless first come tough luck! Bar ran out of certain drinks too!
