Hotel Spice & Sky Atlanta Perimeter

Highly recommend this hotel. I have no complaints only praises and brags. Accommodations were very comfortable clean and new lines. I travel with a 4 year old and the indoor pool was a huge plus. It’s also conveniently located to Emory Saint Joseph’s Hospital.

This hotel was very clean because it is a new hotel. The amenities were nice. Beautiful picture on tv and a lot of space to store your clothing. However, check in was terrible. The man at the desk was frustrated with checking us in. In the middle of checking my dad and I into our separate rooms, he decided to check in three other people. My dad and I looked at each other in disbelief that he would forget we were standing there after a crazy trip there. I had a flat tire and trying to locate somewhere close to get a tire for my car was difficult. The donut that was put on my car was flat also. So, my dad and I was exhausted by the time we got to the hotel. So, for this man to check in three other people saying we got on his nerves, was so disrespectful. I couldn’t understand the frustration when we had just got there. Maybe he needs a break. I do not know!!!😔

Terrible experience. I had my reservation with months of anticipation and chose the option to pay in the front desk when checking-in. I’m an international voyager, who has visited more than 25+ countries around the globe and this is by far the worst service I’ve ever got in a “decent” hotel. I’m from Mexico and due to security, credit and debit cards here don’t have numbers on them anymore. You use your bank’s app and you have to log in with face scan. Turns out the lady in the front desk (short hair, floral shirt) didn’t let me check in, because she said she needed a card with numbers. I try to explain to her that cards in Mexico don’t have them anymore. She was so rude, mean and disrespectful, that I literally had to go to the hotel across the street and I was able to stay there without a problem. Can you imagine taking an international flight and finding out you don’t have a place to stay the night, even though you booked one? Was it xenophobic? Incompetence? I don’t know, but I wouldn’t recommend anybody to stay here. To top it off, I will get charged with 30% of the reservation. This is monkey business!!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The staff was not only professional but helpful with whatever you needed assistance with. The only thing is I wished we could have tried the breakfast. I hear it is really good.

This is a brand new hotel but they have a long way to go to get it up to par. It seems like they bought this hotel off temu in terms of build. You'll see what I mean when you get there.

Had an amazing stay, a special thanks to Antonio at the front desk who was super friendly and personally helped us find an item we lost. Will definitely be staying here again when we are in Atlanta.

Wonderful place. Convenient and priced well but stunned by the rooftop restaurant given the price is so top tier.

Staff was wonderful! Property and rooms were so nice, clean and updated! We will absolutely stay there again!
