Mongas Hotel & Resort

Stayed here for 3 days with family. Since i had stayed here previously i was having an idea of quality of services i ll get & Mongas proved me right. From my pick up from Pathankot at 4 AM till drop back to Pathankot everything was extremely well organised.Thanks to whole Team at including Mr Pawan & Specially Mr. Chaman the guy at restaurant who always carries a smile on his face at all the time.Not to mention that food at Mongas is best among all restaurant.After checking out we came back for lunch.Since the quality & Quantity of food was awesome we packed our leftover for our dinner which we had at Pathankot. Shall visit again,soon !!

Mongas - Brilliant is an understatement! Location: Fabulous, rooms and restaurants have an excellent valley view. Very close to the city centre and yet not crowded or congested. Ample parking for your cars. Rooms: we had the attic room and the decor was very warm, wooden, spacious and clean. It had a decent size balcony with table and chair to enjoy the morning or evening view. We were though warned to keep the door closed for fear of monkey trouble. Linen was clean and fresh. Good amenities in the room. They even had a welcome drink :-) Restaurant: Our [package was with breakfast and dinner. Breakfast was ordinary; many items but not all good. Stick to parathan and cornflakes! Dinner was good. They probably had a different chef for evenings ;-) View from the restaurant is fab again. Great service by the team. We requested an in-room dinner one of the days and it was setup beautifully with candle lights et al. Service: Booking was done directly with the hotel. Prompt communications, response and delivering all that was promised. Karan also went out of the way to suggest other hotels during our itinerary as well setting up a cab for the entire tour. They even had a good and spacious terrace with a small "bar" setup for food and drinks(yours). While we were there; IPL was on and they used this terrace for IPL match on projector screen with bonfire. Absolute delight. Pity than CSK couldn't win! Recommendations: Indeed highly recommended. Go in for the valley facing rooms. I guess there are a few which don't. And take a stroll through the garam sadak and all the other roads that this small hill station offers! :-)

Very happy with our stay . Special attention was given to us by the kind staff. We were very happy with food and rooms too. Room were large with good size balcony. We enjoyed our morning tea in our balcony . Morning time was beautiful. They also offer evening tea as welcome drink too. They cookies they offer are very nice.

The ambiance was warm and inviting, my room was spacious, well-lit, and impeccably clean. The dining experience was equally impressive. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options, catering to different dietary preferences. I wholeheartedly recommend [mongas resort] to anyone looking for a luxurious and stress-free stay. The hotel exceeded my expectations in every aspect, making my trip both comfortable and memorable.

The hotel stay was unexpectedly delightful. The room was spacious and clean, the staff was incredibly helpful, and the breakfast spread was impressive. Would definitely recommend for a comfortable and convenient stay.
