Excellent property starting from location , food , amenities to staff. We were in this property for 4 nights and each and every day was delightful. Now if we mainly talk about food during breakfast and dinner because lunch was mainly outside then I would like to mention especially Mohit because of his kind nature ..Extremely attentive and always ready with a prompt response. He made our stay much more memorable. Since we visited with our family there is a game room which consists of pool table..TT table..carrom and Foosball...Even that was so funny that we played for hours till late at night. Last but not the least the location was phenomenal..We booked a duplex and they made sure to never disappoint us . Thank you ITC Fortune Park Dalhousie for this amazing stay !!

This hotel was such a pleasant surprise for us. The property is located in close proximity to the Gandhi Chowk, main tourist hub in Dalhousie, and offers stunning panoramic views of the mountains. We could see great landscape from our bed. It has ample parking space, which I have heard can be a problem with many other hotels in Dalhousie. The hotel staff, right from managers to housekeeping and servers are professional,polite and cooperative. The food served is yummy and portions are good. Would recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking at an reasonably priced room with great views and close to the market.

Hotel war gute Zimmer sind ok, Blick aus dem Zimmer ist schön, Zimmer sind sauber, Essen habe ich nicht versucht, so kann ich nicht kommentieren, Hotellage ist gut nur zu Beginn der Dalhousie und in der Nähe des Busstands, man kann leicht zu der Lage wie Sub-Has Chowk, Gandhi Chowk, durch Spaziergang, insgesamt gutes Hotel für Familienaufenthalt

Had a wonderful experience at Hotel Nesta Elements with families. Kiddos enjoyed a lot. Big sized, clean rooms with very nice valley view. Service is good and a nice property in huge area with all facilities. Highly recommended. All facilities available there.

From the town centre, this resort is just a few minutes away by walk but the approach road is quite steep. The check in was quite smooth. The hotel rooms are amazingly spacious, and the interior is very tastefully done. The view from the sit out is absolutely magnificent. You are unlikely to forget the scenery of the distant snow covered and majestic Himalayas and the green forest valley stretching all the way to the mountains. It is so serene and peaceful. There was no buffet breakfast or dinner but the a la carte service was quite acceptable. The room service was prompt. The resort has indoor games for children and adults. Overall, we had a very memorable stay in the resort. We can never the forget the mesmerizing view of the mountains and the valley from the room. We would strongly recommend this hotel just for this view and the comfort of stay.
