There is also an indoor / outdoor water park that is open year-round. Shenandoah National Park is 15 minutes away, as are fantastic restaurants, breweries, and wineries.- The property has a large circular driveway that can accommodate 5-6 vehicles.- Wifi is fast with a strong signal throughout the house and deck. Each bedroom, plus the great room, features a smart TV where you can access all the main streaming services.- We provide a fully stocked coffee bar with multiple coffee drip and Keurig options- Guests can enjoy community pool access in the summer season ($6 per-person additional fee is required)- Pack n play, high chair, board games and puzzles provided- Note that this home has a wood-burning fireplace, which we DO allow guests to use (some other rental homes in the area don't allow fireplace usage). Using the plastic clips helps keep it from blowing off.- For safety reasons, please don’t add chemicals to the hot tub yourself. Explore the fantastic restaurants, museums and shops downtown. The Shenandoah Valley offers many attractions including caverns, wineries and breweries. The closest Shenandoah River access is only 10 miles from the house. Enjoy tubingand kayaking during warm weather. The Swift Run Gap entrance to Shenandoah National Park, Skyline Drive and The Appalachian Trail is only 15 miles away and offers excellent hiking opportunities.This home is not affiliated with Massanutten Resort. However, it is located inside the community of Massanutten and minutes from skiing, snow and grass tubing, ice skating, two golf courses, indoor/ outdoor water park, mountain biking, ziplining, putt-putt, go-karts, tennis, swimming, fishing, parks and more! You'll also have access to 30 miles of hiking trails. The pool is a community pool for the private homes in Massanutten. It is available for use by ourguests from Memorial Day through Labor Day for $6/person/day (subject to change). Pool availability is subject to, and at, the discretion of the Massanutten Property Owner Association. Tennis courts are also located by the pool.
